Chicken salad is good, varieties are good, facilities are clean and staff is nice but this fruit salad was old and nasty. I know it looks pretty but fruit was slimy and old. Ruined my lunch.

Love going to chicken salad chick when I want something light and chill. I have had a bunch of their different flavors and don't think I've had a bad one yet! Whether you get a scoop, sandwich, or soup with your combo you can't go wrong! My only complaint is I wish they were better at getting the cracker ratio just right lol

I recently dined here and while the service was impeccable, the food left much to be desired. As someone who had eagerly anticipated trying this spot based on rave reviews, I must admit I left feeling disappointed. I opted for the Fancy Nancy sandwich, but what arrived fell short of expectations. The promised apple, a key component of the dish, was barely discernible, with only two tiny pieces found amidst the chicken salad. The chicken salad itself lacked any notable flavor, leaving the sandwich rather bland and unmemorable. To accompany my main, I chose the Mac and Cheese as a side. Unfortunately, it erred on the side of being overly runny, detracting from the enjoyment of the dish. While the service was commendable, the lackluster food experience overshadowed it. It's a shame that despite the anticipation, the reality fell short.

Smiling faces great food. When I asked for more lemons, it was given without any hesitation. They were out of ice at the machine but made sure they got some for customers at the back. Chicken Salad Chick is one venue that I crave, in that what it provides is quite simple- chicken salad, soup, and assortment of other sandwiches at reasonable prices. The chicken salad isn't overloaded with condiments such as mayonnaise or other preservatives- they do a good job in mixing all of the ingredients in. A good-sized sandwich, chips, and complimentary cookie w/o a drink (I had coffee in the car) will run you about $9. I took my time as an eat-in guest, and enjoyed the people watching hobby from my table that took place in close proximity to Montgomery Plaza across the street. A good place to enjoy a bite that isn't too filling at all. Don't forget to tip the cashier, as they are also the server as well.

I ordered a delivery order from here and received it with the smell of smoke. I had to change the drink to a different cup and couldn’t even eat the meal because of the smell. I called and spoke to the store manager and he pretty much told me it was not their fault and to contact Uber/doordash. Then he switched the phone to Chris? The GM and he said check my email I should have door dash receipt I told him I did not and I was under the impression it came from them and if it doesn’t it doesn’t imply that on the website. He literally said… okay good luck that’s disgusting. Worst customer service. I would have been okay with a replacement meal. Thanks but no thanks.
