Went here with my son this weekend and it was great! We walked in and the guy explained the process and how it works. They had tons of flavors, and my son got a really weird combo of Nutella and salted caramel ice cream with granola mixed in. I went with vanilla and butterfinger mixed in. The ice cream is different. It's really dense but creamy too. The portion cups look small but once you get the ice cream you understand why. It was delicious in the end. Would recommend.

Not only was the ice cream the best we’ve ever had in the states, my husband thought it was as good as Italian gelato. We also enjoyed watching the employee that made the experience even more fun. He seemed passionate about his job (maybe it’s his store?). Wish it was closer to us!

First time here and was super excited. Spent $10.61 for a Vegan Cake Batter shake that was more like a tasteless cup of coconut milk. Very disappointed and have no intentions on returning. Service was great and it’s a very nice atmosphere. I can purchase a carton of coconut milk for much less than $10.61.
