POS children have to be running this location, I can’t post a picture of my order because even though I ordered an hour before they closed. They somehow managed to “run out of food” which is restaurant code for “we are too lazy, have no work ethic, and overall value leaving exactly at closing time rather than making the orders that are paid for by customers who are trying to feed their families who will then have to wait 5 days for a phucking refund.” If the location had actually “ran out of food” they would still have been slammed busy with customers eating in the lobby and the line would still have people picking up orders. However when I pulled up 20 minutes before close to pick up my order times for 9:40 that was placed at 9 there was not a single unfortunate soul in the god forsaken daycare of a restaurant. Wish I was able to give 0 stars because not a single one of you deserve a job above minimum wage. The lack of professionalism every one of your employees has displayed on several occasions from double charging me for ingredients I didn’t get double of, not making my orders, being unable to read a meal ticket, giving me the entirely wrong order, etc. I could go on and on but unfortunately it won’t do a damn thing.I’m leaving this review to warn anyone who feels like getting dinner here to not order anytime after 8pm because the children running the show will already be putting all the food away so they don’t have to work or stay even a second late. So they will basically tell you to phuck you and your family because the job they were hired to do is an occupation they lack the work ethic to perform. It can’t be even put into words how much garbage the people occupying this place consist of. All of you should’ve been swallowed, unlike the food yall refuse to serve yet are more than happy to take payment for so your paychecks can afford a wage higher than $7.25 an hour.Shhiitty phucking service period.

Wildly disappointed with Chipotle. Was excited when I found out this place was going in but it has been a let down. I’m not just talking about this location but this is the one we have gone to the last few times, they are all trending down. None the less, food was bland and $26 for 2 trash bowls with about 2.5 oz of protein each, pass. Yes, they did put the normal amount of extras on. Unfortunately, Chipotle is probably a no go for us from now on, not worth it.

FOOD POISONING. I came to this location since I was in the area picking something else up and was hungry. It was around 5pm on a Friday. I got a bowl with carne asada. They didn't have any readily available so the girl went to the back and got some that was cooking. I didn't think much of it. I went home and ate it. By Saturday I was so sick to my stomach and I know it was Chipotle because this was the only thing I did out of the norm- I work from home. I previously had felt fine. Fast forward, I slept almost all day Saturday, was sick as a dog, unable to keep anything down. No fever. I've still not been able to eat much, have been keeping myself hydrated and have been thinking I may have to make a trip to the hospital. I absolutely do NOT recommend eating at this location and I can say with absolution that Chipotle will not get my business again. It's now Monday, I've missed work and I'm still sick.

I had been driving to Saginaw location for my Chipotle fix until now. My family decided we should give this new location a try since it's closer.My experience is based on ordering online for pickup (drive thru lane). It was easy to place my order, and my food was ready for me when I drove up. The lady at the window was friendly and had a smile, great customer service! I peeked in my bag to make sure everything was there, it was.The reason for the deduction of a star? I ordered an extra tortilla which was rolled up in foil so when I tried to unroll it, the tortilla was stuck together in a big ball. It had been heated up so when it cooled it was all stiff. I had to break it to eat it, and it was hard to put anything in it at that point. The Saginaw location just folds in in half, not roll like fruit roll-up. I prefer folded in half, lol. Also, I ordered a large order of chips and guac, the bag wasn't even halfway filled with chips! They didn’t add that much rice in the bottom of my bowl either, skimped on my meal.Anyway, not bad.
