I didn’t catch her name but on 4/27 I had ordered chipotle and the girl working at the pick up lane had such amazing customer service and was so sweet. She made my experience wonderful, you need more employees like this Chipotle!!!

It’s 12 noon and the lady saucing the food at the end states there’s no more of the green salsa. It’s lunchtime what do you mean?? Is it not any or do you just not feel like getting me any? Also states there no salad dressing. This restaurant is too expensive to not have WHAT YOI ARE SUPPOSE to have for customers. No salsa?? I highly doubt that, probably just 2 steps away. This location is new and by far the worse.

Hands down, the best Chipotle experience I've ever had! Kye, the manager, is a shining example of excellent customer service. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is impeccably clean and organized, which is always a plus. Not to mention, the food is consistently fresh, and they work efficiently to serve you quickly without sacrificing quality. Kudos to Kye and the team for maintaining such high standards. This Chipotle location has definitely earned my loyalty!

Submitted a mobile order at 4:57 and said it was going to be ready at 5:20. Get there at 5:20 and wasn’t ready until 5:33. I had a side of queso with my order and it was 1/4 full. My Fiance and I’s burritos were literally very cold when they just made them on the spot. The rice was hard. Never had any issues with any other chipotle location. This is definitely a management issue!!!

Went in store and ordered a carnitas bowl. They rush you through the line so fast, I missed that they did not add the carnitas. The first contact person speaks so fast, not only could I not understand her but neither could the guy in front of me or the guy behind me understand her. The last employee did not put my receipt in the bag.Will edit later after I call the store manager.Update: Automated answering service; unable to get a live person.
Food was good minus the tiny portions the guy literally put about a teaspoon of rice on my taco. Service was not good waited about 8 min just to order and there was only one person ahead of me, it took the guy that long to make him two burritos. Seemed new, finally after about 7 ppl got behind us, the guy paced for help. And like 4 ppl show, I asked for light sour creme and the guy didn't care he put a lot on tacos. Feel like these men need a refresh in customer service and maybe acknowledge ppl when they come into your place of business

Was so excited to see Chipolte opening closer to home. Finally went to try them out tonight. VERY disappointing. They had 2 people in line. I ordered three bowls and they rushed me through the entire process as if they had 10 people in line. Why do they ALWAYS rush you ?! To top it off we order Guacamole with chips. Go to pay and the lady says. They are out of chips! Its Friday night at 6:30. Make some chips! Not to mention the young man making our bowls was NOT very pleasant when I asked him to STOP rushing me. He gave me nothing but attitude. In my opinion there is no reason to be out of food or rush people down the line. I will say the resurant was very tidy. So far NOT of fan of the treatment for 45.00 worth of takeout.

Brand new place but every mobile order is a miss. 3 mobile orders where chips are missing, dips, as well as components on my bowl. if items are out of stock then the app should indicate that. I would just come inside the store if i wanted too but there is no point in having a drive thru pick up if i gotta check my items before i get home smh.
