I had a chicken burrito bowl (w/extra chicken) for lunch. There was no extra chicken (which I paid nearly $5.00 for). The bowl's cost was $19.00.The bowl presentation was sloppy. I was really disappointed in it. I will not order Chipotle from this location again....

Do not order take out from this place it always turns into a disaster. Your food will never be ready by the advertised time because they stick the trainees on the takeouts so it takes a very long time. Meanwhile while you are waiting 20 minutes past your pick up time you'll see 15 people served through the regular line. This has happened twice in a row now so I know the first time was a fluke. Never again.P.S. I am writing this sitting in the restaurant watching this disaster unfold right in front of me.

How are you preparing food on dirty countertops full of droppings of food. Cleanliness is mandatory! You’re not that busy to not clean up after yourselves. Do better!
the manager is a miserable guy, don’t come to this location thinking you can sit and enjoy your food. Rudely kicked out a group of girls just eating and conversing about 10 minutes before close. No explanation and was very rude . Come here if you want staff that hate their lives. Used to love making chipotle a weekly tradition but not anymore.

I hadn't eaten at Chipotle for a year because they cannot seem to add any seasonings and salt to their food. I always get the sofitas and it is always dry.The veggies taste like they just sauteed them by themselves without any salt or Mexican spices. What's the deal with that? The cilantro rice seemingly always is the one to shine with its fluffy texture and subtle cilantro taste.This location specifically ran out of tomatoes which is dumb, "how are you not gonna have tomatoes which is essential to Mexican cuisine?" None of the sauces are made with tomatoes and they are spicy.When I order a burrito, it should be wrapped tightly so that when I am eating the ordeal, it isn't falling apart.Sometimes they load it up for you, but most times they are pretty limited on how many portions to give you. You have to verbalize that you want more and then they give attitude at you for wanting to be satisfied. Okay, but I'm not paying close to $20 for a full meal if you cannot give me enough to eat.The staff seem to not know how to greet and speak to you. Or simply, don't care to. It was complete silence throughout my short-lived visit. The ambiance is non-existent with any of its pleasantries.I happily only visited out of desperation to eat dinner before bed since the Vietnamese spot around the way closed by 9:00 PM.
