No more animatronics. Pizza didn’t taste good like it used to. Such a disappointing time after spending A LOT of ? there for my gbaby’s birthday. It’s all about how to make money and they don’t care if the customer is satisfied or not. Plus the fact that there was a slice of pizza under our table that had been chewed on when we first got there.

I wanted to say how impressed I was with this location. After reading other reviews I was reluctant to take my grandkids during spring break. But we arrived with the girls being very nice and welcoming. The entire place was clean. And the arcade machines in working order. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice. Thank you for the great experience.

On January 5, 2024 my husband and I took our 4 year granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese. I hadn’t been to one since 2005. The attending person Mike at the ordering register was not very helpful. I asked himabout good deals to purchase. He was not helpful and seemed irritated. It was a bad experience for us. I guess I wasn’t one of Lily white parents there with their kids from Country Day school. Very disappointed!
