Since it was my and my son's first time at Chucky Cheese I had a lot of questions. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and the bathroom was clean and kid friendly. Loved it!!!

For a party of three it costs $67. Wow! We ordered one medium pizza, two salads, and three drinks. We brought our own previously purchased playcard, and they had a $12 additional fee for using the trampoline they told us about as we left because we asked. Meanwhile, none of the parents,grandparents, or children thought it was extra, so all the kids currently in or that arrived after 12:30 keep getting chased out.?. We arrived at 11:15 am.I'm not sure how families take multiple kids to this place anymore. We just took one.The staff, for the most part, until the chasing were very nice. The food is decent for such an establishment. On Wednesdays, they say it is 30% off. Really?Although this is fun and we've taken our kids and grandchildren over the years, there are more economical places for kids to have just as much fun or more.Vegetarian options: Salad, possibly cheese pizza.Parking: Good spacingKid-friendliness: The greeter was excellent, and Chucky lost weight compared to the Mechanical Chunky or other suits.Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough room to maneuver a child in a wheel chair or a scooter.

The visit was extremely overpriced. $30 for an hour of play for two kids total $60. Also the new added trampoline is $12 per child if they don’t have any game play cards is $22. Which is insane! Trampoline park has a better price. Games are okay nothing special don’t see anything a 1-2 year old can do here. No play area. My 4-6 year old only enjoyed seeing Chuck E. Cheese come out but besides that my husband played the games to get them points. After a $140 visit we decided it be our last time going. Just not worth the price and wouldn’t recommend it.

I had my sons bday party this weekend. Jaylea customer services was over the TOP, she always had a great attitude with a smile on her face all the time. she help me with everything I need it with patience. every time I went to the counter she was there ready to help me. Thank you so much Jaylea.Princesa also help me at the end of the night with all my request. she was very helpful, always with a great attitude to help and go the extra mile to help. always with a smile in her face.The girls DESERVE a salary increase.Pizza and Wings were delicious too. Place was clean and games also were working fine.Everyone (adults & kids) had a great night.With great costumer service I will definitely be back and recommend this location.
Today was a Saturday afternoon and very busy. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service we have been receiving by this seemingly all young staff. Starting with Kam everyone was courteous and patient. We will come back soon!

My grandson had fun on the little rides. He is 2, but they don't have slides or a ballpit anymore. They have a small trampoline that you have to pay extra to jump in. The pizza doesn't taste like it used to and Chucky E only came out once for about 10 min. It was still fun though.

Great pizza and fun games. Today we had a birthday party here and it turned out to be a great decision. At first I was a bit stressed about the traffic getting here and how busy the place was (I'm not from the city), but after playing fruit ninja on a jumbo touch screen I loosened up and really enjoyed it there. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe family night.

Before you come make sure your kids are 5 and younger . My son were too tall to jump in the trampoline. They got bored after 10 mins I spent 50 dollars. It’s more for babies to toddler not big kids but the customer service was great and helpful.
