I wish I could give zero stars walked in there. They had the people in front of us waiting to pay after they got them we were clearly behind yet the young African-American man wants to walk away. The elderly lady in the front wants to look up at us and laugh and proceed to go looking at her paper. I make eye contact with the African-American man that charge the other people, and he just proceeds to turn away. Had to walk out since they clearly don’t want the business.

I went in at 8:10 pm and the pot with the pizza sauce was completely empty and they didn't want to warm up another pot so I could have some. The whole staff were standing around on their cell phones then they turned off the music and put on some stuff with foul language. The dining room and the restroom were filthy.

They change management alot at this location, and with new management comes new worker's "WHY" the lady manager they had a few months back was awesome the food and the employees were great. She kept her crew in order as well as the store, and the Pizzas were fresh. The workers they have in there now look like recovering addicts, rather take my service to another Cicis Pizza

Waited for fresh cinnamon rolls to come out asoon as they came out I stood up grabbed one to only know it had a baby roach where there's one there tons! And wife showed manager they didn't do nothing to go meet customer satisfaction they didn't say nothing or offered nothing!
