Hi I came to the CiCi's on Clifford and I had an issue here of more than once it seems white people are not liked here too much a while back they were hiring and I asked the manager Mexican guy if they were hiring he said no he hesitated to give me an application he finally did but I ended up not feeling it out I've been here a few times but it seems like we're not wanted I don't get the point why every worker in here is Mexican I came in here 3 days ago the owner gave me the weirdest looks I don't know why maybe because of the incident with the application but I will not go back to this place

I came to this location two days ago to have dinner. At first the food was fine then I took a bite of my dessert pizza and immediately spit it back out because I tasted the bad spoiled ingredients. My partner and I ended up getting food poisoning from it. My partner has gotten the worst of it with nausea,vomiting,chills,aches and fever. Do not go here whoever runs this place has no shame in serving you bad food. I get they may hate their job and don’t give a damn but this is just wrong and you should not be putting the public’s health at risk. This place needs to be shut down.

Weve gone here several times. However this last time they went above and beyond. It was my daughters 6th birthday and we wanted a small family dinner. So we choose here. In total there were 7 kids and 4 adults. Everyone got exactly what the wanted it was clean and the food was fresh but that isnt the reason for the 5 star review. It was 2 employees particular that made our night but especially my daughters day. I called ahead and a very nice young man answered the phone quickly maybe a ring and a half. I explained that we were coming for dinner and asked if we could bring cupcakes with us. He very sweetly joked that we could so long as we brought him one as well when ordering a cupcakes we did get a couple extra so that we could make sure to bring him one. When we get to the restaurant he greeted us at the counter, I had told him that we would be there within 30 minutes or so from my phone call. He had a huge smile on his face and I'm assuming that the presents and cupcakes gave away who we were. Before we could say anything he stopped us all and asked where the birthday girl was my daughter although shy raised her hand and he said come here little one and gave her some tokens that he had gotten for her as well as a few other nice gestures that just made her overly happy. After paying for our food we all got to the table that he made sure was clean and ready for us cuz we did have to push tables together which wasn't a big deal. He checked in on us a couple of times and actually introduced my daughter to a female coworker of his that was the sweetest girl that I have ever met at a restaurant. My daughter came up multiple times to talk to both of them and each time they talked to her like she was the most important person. While doing that with my daughter they still managed to do their job and talk to you other customers as well. My daughter insisted on giving both of them a cupcake and they were both overjoyed and thanked her and told her happy birthday numerous times. We had one issue with one of the machines in the game room but our friend fixed that for us and refunded the money that we had lost. I feel so bad that I can't remember his name but I'm writing this like 2 weeks later. So I hope that those two employees are aware of what a big deal they made for our night and more importantly for my daughter. Not that it matters but my daughter is white the gentleman who helped us is African American and his friend the female employee is Hispanic I believe. All that my daughter could talk about when we left was how her tan friends had helped her have the most awesome birthday ever so thank you guys so much

Best location of Cicis ever and the table situation is perfect.
I just had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The manager was very rude and aggressive. I had a call in order he said was almost ready, 20 minutes later I finally asked were my food was he said he had forgotten about it and was The missive of me when I asked him for the store number and phone number to contact the owner. He immediately walked away from me. Refusing to give me any information when I recorded him he got aggressive with me.
I'm a military member who works with vendors wayne the manager has been nice, polite and patient with us. Even when the chaos of serving over 100 people he has been a quick thinker and very resourceful. I know I can count on him to help me service ours soldiers. Thank you Wayne! You are the goat!

Pizza wasn’t being made to keep the buffet full only when you requested a pizza would they make it and they were deck scrubbing the back floors and all this was at 7pm. They closed at 10pm. Every employee had earbuds in their ears.

I have been to this location 2x in the past week, both times I ended up sick afterwards. The first time I was extremely nauseous and had to take the day off work. Today, I actually threw up shortly after getting home. I will NOT be back to this location, nor will any of my family.
