Pizza was ok. They kept it stocked up. Salad was satisfactory at best. Employees were friendly. There is something under construction, so I'm not sure if the place is supposed to have more seating or more to do besides one video game and a claw machine.

First of all the cashier had an attitude because I didn’t tip…bro I’m making my own plate and filling my own drink be fr. All of the produce was wilted. How is the pizza cold when it’s under a heat lamp?? It looked plastic and tasted worse. The grease settled into the crust so it was also wilted. Terrible. Never again. Side note the kid that was cleaning up was a sweetheart. The pudgy supervisor or manager or whatever the one that walked off from the register without giving us our cups because I didn’t tip …he would strive in a remote position where noone has to see his miserable face. I see why we were the only family there at 7pm on a Saturday.

Pizza buffets should have pizza available in the buffet. Came during dinner time which is when they should be pumping out pizzas non stop, yet consistently the buffet line is bare. When a pizza does come out, it's some b.s. specialty pizza no one wants. Looks like the are understaffed and must have gotten in trouble for the cleanliness, because that's all the few staff members seem to care about instead of keeping the pizza flowing. This place needs to realize you can't run a buffet on a bare bones staff.

I just paid 8$ for some cold, old soggy brownies. After expressing my disappointment I get told they come like that and get no refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FOOD.
You know what you're getting when you go to a buffet, so there's no need to explain. They do a great job with keeping the pizzas coming out.For constructive criticism, I'd say that the restaurant seemed pretty dirty the last few times we've gone.

A district manager needs to go there and clean house. The exterior does not represent inside. I went in on a Saturday with my mom and the guy behind the counter who looked like the manager was sitting on a stool on his phone. He was talking to the girl next to him. We stood there waiting and finally said hello. The guy, without putting his phone down starting ringing me up. I had to ask questions in order for him to speak at all. We started to walk away after paying before realizing we didn't receive our cups. I went back and asked for them. Without looking up from his phone, the guy pointed to the cups in front of him. The food quality was the same as the customer service. The salad looked dangerous and the pizza burned and slapped together, not even fully cut. The dessert was placed upside down. There was nobody cleaning the place and it looked like nobody ever had. The floor was surprisingly cleaner than the tables, seats, and even walls. I felt like I needed a hazmat suit just being there. It was disgusting and the staff clearly couldn't care less.

They are doing a good job on refill the pizza on the table. However, Not too much meat on most of Pizza. Soda is extra charge. Good thing is they have enough seats. I also saw arcade machine for kids. onky.thing I am comfused is.there is no lable l, so I don't know exactly what piazza I am taking every time.
