It was OK; the bakery item I got was very good but the panini was not great. This seems like a great spot for the bakery/coffee but not necessarily the main food items. Pretty sure the sandwich was just microwaved. I'd probably go again for a muffin.

I went here twice, in two days and they gave me the wrong order both times. The first time, I ordered 3 dishes, and they only served me one dish to go. The second time, I explicitly asked for vegetarian salad, without chicken. They seemed to have understood, but I guess not, because they added chicken in the salad, even though the receipt said there was no chicken. I was very disappointed in the quality of service.

The restaurant its self is nice and the cashier was so nice! I got a panini and a lemonade and it came out in a good amount of time and was so delicious. I would definitely be coming back and definitely recommend.

Today we went for the all you can eat pancakes. We waited over 30 minutes for our 2nd serving of the AYCE pancakes (which, mind you is a whopping 2 whole pancakes), and were forgotten about. Upon the 3rd serving, the butter that we were offered had black mold on it. After finishing my coffee from the self serve machine, I had that weird aftertaste in my mouth that tastes like a self serve drink station that got moldy and hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I only give it 2 stars because despite the moldy butter, and off-tasting coffee, the pancakes tasted absolutely FANTASTIC! However the service here was sub-par. The atmosphere was okay, there was several loud, screaming, and crying children but I understand not much can be done on that part.

Went there for lunch. There was a nice selection of sandwiches, salads, and soups. It was counter service, and someone to clear the tables. Everyone was nice. The pastries were delicious. I went back and bought more to go.
I ordered a tuna sandwhich and asked if it could be made with no onions and the lady on the phone said sure . I get there and the tuna is premade with onions! I can’t eat that because I’m ALLERGIC to them.. when I went to go politely ask for something else bc they served me onions the cashier just shrugged and said well that’s what you ordered. Terrible ; not safe for allergies.

We ate here the day of The Stock Show Parade. Then, when we tried to go to the restroom, they were locked. The hotel next door had the key and begrudgingly unlocked them at our request. They said it’s their “discretion” to lock or unlock the restrooms. I told them a restaurant has to provide restrooms. I’ll go eat somewhere else downtown where I don’t have to beg for the bathroom key.

Worst bakery ever bad customer service and they keep giving attitude and the manager is worst we ordered at 10:19 and it was 10:36am and then we cancelled the order because of bad attitude, and the Manager Trina has the worst

Working here I treat it as if it is my first time dining. What I want to feel before work, after work on a stressful day. A good day, rainy day a day when I just need a pick me up muffin or cookie, croissant, Bundt cake, cream cheese brownie. Had the pleasure to try almost everything on the menu just to recommend to customers… everything but the salads. So today I tried the mixed green salad added ham… a bigger entree bowl is needed. Two forks and if you don’t like whole tomatoes ask for diced… slipped my mind. Tables weren’t matching the ease I was looking for when sitting to eat, but I’m off so that explain a lot. Chicken pomodori was going to sub it for ham glad I allowed the original taste to enter my taste buds…. Will eat again….and the broccoli soup add some croutons you’ll thank me later.
