Love my Costco. The staff are always polite and available. The cafe is always quick and restrooms are clean.

I just bought this nice gift Everyone was very rude in this store. Wait I was mistaken. The door people very nice. Others in the store very nice. The pizza girl who gave me greasy pizza. And her boyfriend boss. Were really nasty. Yes just nasty. The pizza had 1:4 cup of grease on it. I threw it away. It dripped all over me. When i went to get napkins she started yelling with me about being there. I told her my pizza was dripping and i needed a napkin. She was hateful. I am going to be rethinking my shares.

Love the self service food court. Always clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Not too busy always enough parking available and love that it's in the middle of all the different eateries

Easy to navigate and not as busy during the week as other locations. Very short lines while we were there.

I feel safe when going here. They have been the first store to require a mask and have been firm about it. I love the merchandise and how they do things. Their shelves are always stocked no matter what time you go. I've been to stores and since the start of the year empty shelves are a common sight, well not here!

Horrible customer service. I got a gift for Christmas and I just wanted a in store gift card because I don't have the receipt. She told me she wouldn't let me get in store credit without proof of purchase. Never coming back to Costco will stay with sams club. The item I was returning was Kirkland brand too.

I am a instant cart shopper, In my perception, this a good opportunity for me to see who is the best company's to get a membership at, when it come to wholesale. Every time I come to Costco I swear they miss the ball with customer service and with customer help in my opinion. Even though I come there to just work, this a good opportunity for them to wow people (instant cart work). By wowing the self- contractors this is a good opportunity for Costco to get membership growths. I am definitely getting my membership at Sam do to customer service along.. I hope this location realize this is a great business Avenue and treating us who might never hold a membership. Can show us that having a membership with they company is a great value.
I was loading my groceries and the sweetest young man Nick/Nicolas a Costco employee approached me and just started loading my groceries. It may not seem big but it was huge to me. He had no idea we had just gotten out of the hospital with my baby and truly needed kindness. Thank you

This costco has really got it going on, Shout out to BRENT for assisting me with my toolbox at the lot load. We managed to fit bot boxes in my infiniti and without any complaint. He was genuinely happy to help. Also bought pajamas for my children along with an azelea. I'd say the customer service team makes for an awesome experience here at Costco.

I like a lot of the foods and products. The store is clean. My only issue is Produce selection. The produce isn't the freshest, the avocados had mold and I couldn't find bananas.
