I really wanted to give this place 0 stars but unfortunately I can't. I came here on a hot day and just wanted something sweet to eat. I remember the place being a good environment but I lost my appetite because I witnessed the manager there refusing to do his job and continued to flirt with the younger girls there. I asked if he would help me with my order and he did not even acknowledge me. Thankfully, there was someone else who was kind enough to help me and excuse his behavior but it was very frustrating seeing someone in that position take advantage of their customers and employees. I tried asking to speak to corporate and he refused to give me their number. I wouldn't waste my time coming here if he's there. This place used to be my favorite place to come to with my kids but they just lost a loyal customer.

My absolute favorite ice cream place in Fort Worth because their dairy free vanilla ice cream with hot fudge is SOOO amazing. They have that recipe on point and to me, it tastes even better than the dairy option. It even looks better, as it's a white color and the dairy version is more yellow. Please never change this recipe or availability!!! It's the only ice cream I get cravings for.

Siting was empty inside and we were told we had to order outside already being inside some weird looking guy told us to go back outside and order and we have a 2 week old infant and a toddler 104 degrees outside. Not sure why we couldn't just order simple ice-cream already inside.!!!! So we left and we took out busines elsewhere were we are appreciated!!

My family and I were looking forward to trying this place but we we're definitely not impressed. The soft serve was pretty flavorless. The cookie dough topping...well I'm not sure what's in it but it had no taste except maybe butter (?) it was gross. We ended up tossing it all in the trash. $20 wasted but now we know.

WORST ICE CREAM WE HAVE EVER HAD!Me and my husband went yesterday looking for a new ice cream place. This is NOT ice cream, this is ice with flavor. They are so watery that for a second we thought, maybe they were vegan?... Actually, vegan ice cream is better than this “ice cream” and the toppings are not good either. The cookie dough is extremely hard and the cake chunks in my “birthday cake ice cream” was flavorless and dry. Such a waste of money! I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I was excited to visit this place with my son. However, I asked for a small cone and did not realize they had other choices because I was given one without a choice. They did not inform me I had other choices so I just accepted what was given, I am just disappointed they did not seem to care to offer options, because I could clearly tell they didn't care, period. Also, it really is SOFT serve, because it melted completely within less than 5 mins, so had to throw it away. Sorry, but this place isn't worth it. There are too many great ice cream shops in Fort Worth (south main area in downtown Fort Worth) to take another chance at this one. P.S. This establishment also seems to lack professionalism, leaving snide responses to clients whom leave reviews they do not like. Smh, totally unacceptable.

So, I'm the Vincent Vega in Pulp Fiction when it come so to food. Sometimes, higher end food places don't live up to the hype and I hate paying more for the same thing I could get anywhere else.As you can see in the pictures, my family had an amazing time. The ice cream I got was so much better than anything I've had in years.To paraphrase Vincent, I said with flourish - "Gosh darn, this is a pretty good fricking ice cream"Thanks for making the afternoon so delightful with your creations.

Agree with others, frozen milk product with mediocre toppings. Not worth the $$. If you want to spend your hard earned money go to Andy’s frozen custard. Far superior in quality and taste.Made it around the parking lot and threw it in the dumpster in the corner.That bad!!!

The toppings are AMAZING!!! But this is not ice cream. It's that poorly frozen milk substitute that occurs when the machines are not running properly or are not prepared properly. Is rather get the ice cream at Golden Corral. And I never get the ice cream at Golden Corral because it's not good.
