There were 2 people working the front area. One was trying to help a customer who seemed to be having lots of issues !! The there other lady working didn't try to help the other customers waiting in line or even attempt to apologize.
One of my favorite places to eat! The chicken is delicious and the sides are all amazing. I love that they have keto options as well. It's a bit pricey for fast food, but the quality is top notch so I don't mind it.
Best chicken I've ever had. The most tender flavorful entree, and the sides are incredible. Okra was top notch, and the street corn was awesome. 10 stars - loved it

If I'm going to pay almost $14 for a cobb salad there should at least be a chicken breast worth of meat on it, another restaurant I've loved going to in the past that I won't be going to again. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

We've ordered from Cowboy Chicken for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed it, but the main reason we go is for their Baked Mac & Cheese. We ordered today and, like always, got an extra Texas size side of the mac and cheese, but they have changed it. No longer are they serving the baked, gooey, and flavorful mac and cheese. They are serving a disgustingly over-salted and runny "white cheddar" mac and cheese. It looks and tastes like something you'd get from the freezer section at the grocery store. Nowhere have they advertised a change and the website and delivery service sites all still have the baked option. It was such a shock and disappointment to receive this mac and cheese with our order today. I called the store to inquire about the change to see if maybe it was a one-off change because they were out or something, but the lady I spoke to said it was permanent. She told me they used to make the baked mac and cheese in house but now they were using the same mac and cheese across all stores i.e. it's premade frozen garbage. Cowboy Chicken has lost several loyal customers with this change. We will never go back unless they change back to the good baked mac and cheese.

I cant say much more than this place is good. Yeah sometimes they have mixups or a lunch rush but anytime they fix it quickly. Managment is doing a good job. I will keep coming here because I know they do care. Delicous food, fun atmostphere, chill environment and good people.

If you love rotisserie you'll like this spot. Wood fire rotisserie chicken and a good selection of BBQ items also like brisket, sausage etc. A good switch up from your normal fried chicken joint. Check them out.

checked out cowboy chicken and honestly i was pleasantly surprised! their lemonades are delicious and the mexican street corn is a must! tried the half chicken and it was good, i def played it safe. but i'm excited to return and try other things!
