My husband and I have frequented this place often times enough for this not to have happened. I can honestly say that this place has great donuts. It is the customer service That is the reason for this review. My husband who purchases a dozen donuts every Sunday morning was trying to pay at the register, the card machine was moving slow so one of the owners (woman) ran his card twice. He uses the same card and has never had any issues. When I spoke with my husband, I told him that there were 2 pending transactions for the same amount from them and asked to speak with her. Her husband came on the line, starting yelling and saying "He doesn't have money". I went in to the shop to physically show that my account was showing 2 pending transactions. The husband came out yelling saying "He doesn't have any money, call the police". By this time another customer came in and also tried to purchase and had the exact same issue. She did not receive her donuts and was charged twice. Needless to say that we will not be patronizing this business again. At this point my husband is still out of donuts and $20.

I've came here several times and the donuts are good but the employees are sooooo rude. The woman was nice but the man, a heavy guy with glasses was so rude. He looked like he wanted to hit/fight me because I asked if they had any more donuts in the back to the lady. She was so nice but the man was so rude.

Rude and donuts are old and stale...she microwaved it the after 15mins to opening the bag the heat wore out and the $3 sausage roll was stale as can be it nearly cut my lip.

I actually went in here thinking it was a different place.I was sitting there looking at their donuts and the two guys asked me what I wanted. I told them I wanted some of these and as I was looking to see what else I wanted they just kept saying what else?like they were rushing me.And nobody else was behind me.I finished my order and asked us this Trinity donuts?They said no it's across the street.I didn't realize there were two donut shops in this area.I've already ordered a bunch of stuff so I went ahead and paid them and left.Once I got back to the hotel I tried a couple of the donuts.I was disappointed.Especially with the glazed donuts.They were just too doughy and didn't seem liked they were cooked all the way through.There was the buttermilk donut that I thought was pretty good.Overall especially with their attitudes I doubt I make it back to this place.I'll just go across the street.They are better with friendlier service.

The jalapeño kolaches was 3 stars, it was a bit dry and could have more cheese on it. However, the vanilla raised donut was 5 stars! Super fresh, fluffy, and had the perfect amount of icing on it. They offer small and large kolaches which was nice! They also have a variety of donuts - raised, cake, chocolate, coconut, sprinkled, maple, etc.

Best Sausage Rolls I ever had. Been coming here for at least 4 years. But the recipe just changed from the bakery they buy from and it does NOT taste the same anymore. It's unfortunate bc those used to be my favorite kolache ever and now they are way under par..

Simple and delicious. Got a plain cake w/ vanilla icing and a plain glazed and they were perfect. Crispy shell with fluffy cake inside. The glazed had just the right amount of flake so it wasn’t messy but it pulled apart nicely. The cake had maybe even a tiny amount of crunch to the outside. Neither were overly dense, settled, or gooey. And no oily sugary aftertaste from the icing or glaze. You have to try this place! And the prices are great!

Donuts below average. Attendees can use some people skills. Very rude. We arrives 30 min before closing and they would not allow us to eat-in for 5 min stating that they already cleaned the tables.
