I can hardly remember service like this in my life . Me and my children are the only people in the place and couldn’t even get through ordering without walking out. Middle aged man was confused. He thought he was a teenage kid from an 80s movies whose job is to be rude to families. There’s a reason it’s the only empty parking lot on this side of the hwy. we walked next door to find a restaurant worth spending our money at.

Ordered online for the first time. Was also the first time eating at Dickey's. Online ordering was great but expensive. Ordered 2 BBQ sandwich combos. $30.00. When I got home with my order the sandwiches were smaller than a McDonalds regular cheeseburger and the fries were soggy. I can go to Longhorn Steakhouse next door and get two steak dinners for about $20.00 more. Will not be ordering from them again.

Yikes, where to begin. The owner informed us he couldn't process any coupons in-person bc of his archaic POS so we had to do it on the app - no problem. But as me and the BF were trying to navigate said app, the owner proceeded to non-stop vent to us about his beef with Dickeys corporate and life in general. Awkward...But here's the real kicker. My bf and I are vegetarian so we just ordered sides (we had a coupon, the only reason we dined here). As we were getting our food and headed out, the owner asked me directly if I "wanted a free sandwich" because he saw we "came in to only get 50% off of some sides" and continued to ramble about how my boyfriend didn't buy me a full meal. I was like ::::record skip:::: what?!?! Like maximum unprofessional. So I just stared at my bf in disbelief and my guy informed the owner that we are vegetarian so that's why we just got sides. The owners obvious reaction to this information was to feel like a moron (duh) and say "you mean you guys came to a BBQ restaurant and you don't eat meat?!" Whoa boy, no, simpleton, we came here bc we had a coupon and you have vegetarian sides.....and bro, I don't want your rancid sandwich, nor do I need any handouts. Wow. Just wow.Oh, and the food was mediocre at BEST and the owner also claimed they don't have hot sauce when I asked for some to take out with the food.

This was my first time here. I came in on my way home from work because I didn't feel like cooking (I had been up since 1am). The workers were friendly and place looked clean. I ordered two Loaded potatos. One with sliced brisket and one with no meat to go. No big deal. I was excited and happy until I got home. First, they failed to inform me that they had run out of chives and bacon (something that needs to be told to a paying customer). So, I opened my potato and saw just a bunch of melted cheese. I thought well maybe it's underneath. Nope. And on top of having none of the chives or bacon, as soon as I put my fork in it I realized it was super hard. Due to my hunger, I scrapped off the top to eat what I could and then realized the potato had been baked with big mold in it. Then, my husband asked, "Where's the barbeque sauce?" We didn't receive any...even on the side. And his potato was hard as well. It was all around awful. We did not enjoy our food and ended up having to find something in our kitchen to eat which was what I was trying to avoid. We wasted money and time. And ended up having to throw most of it away. Then, when I called to address my concerns with the food, they were dismissed as if I had no reason to complain. Nothing was remedied. No customer service was given. We will never go back here again.

It was slow the night we went here recently and the owner of this franchise vented to us awkwardly about hating corporate and other issues he had with regretting buying a location/franchise for like literally 10 minutes while we were ordering...He had a really bad attitude and made several unprofessional other comments as well. We also asked if we could dine in (they closed in half an hour) and he basically said no, stating that they were "trying to close."The cherry on top was when we were leaving: He made an indirect pass at my girlfriend in a roundabout way implying he could buy her more food while trying to also insult me (he implied I didn't get her enough food lol)! (He assumed he knows how much she eats? Which is weird bc she's tiny)... He's lucky I let it slide being as he seems like a desperate loser so I felt pity for him, lol.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Food arrived cold and all three meals were incomplete.....missing ribs! Went to the store with bagged food to complain. Manager refused to redo food or give us ribs we paid for! Really... When my wife called he just told us to get a refund from UberEats! Poor customer service.Very disappointed as this is not what I'm used to with Dickey's.... definitely will not be ordering or going back to this location! And please do not respond with your generic replies!!!

This is a bad dickeys location compared to others- no serve yourself so the ladies give super small portions of sides- texas toast instead of rolls (enough said bleck)- sauce comes in tiny containers, there should be a bar with sides and sauces like at other locations so you can get all your sauces and sides- no ice cream machine- the alcohol Bar is totally unneccesary, if you find me drinking at a Dickie’s life has gone downhill- service was super slow even though it was just two of usThe dickies in flower mound is 10X better and good value, go there and this restaurant should take notes from that location

Easy to find. East to park. Pulled pork, Mac & Cheese, potato salad, French fries, all delicious. No lemon for the tea. Friendly faces behind the counter and light conversation while ordering. I didn’t take the best photos but you get the idea.

Came in with wife , order the rib plate, apparently it is rude to order a fresh one. Sides very small and customer service not there at all. Yet they have the nerve to ask for tips when you pay. Wow.

Saturday night, empty. Should have been my red flag. Food was cold, service sucked. Guy seemed bothered when I asked for a beer. No ketchup, no jalapeños. Time is ticking for this place.
