I got a taro bubble milk tea here and it was the second to worst bubble tea I've had. I have no complaints about the service, the person working was very friendly and my drink was done quickly but the drink itself was horrible, you know those little flavored creamers you get at the gas station? It tasted like drinking one of those.

Came here with a couple of my nieces and planned to order multiple drinks. We didn’t know what we wanted so we stepped aside to be mindful of other customers orders until we were ready. The girl with the black and green hair seemed annoyed the whole time that we were ordering even though I was trying to be as respectful as possible . She didn’t bother to give me an order number either. I noticed she was very friendly to other people coming in while I was waiting. I understand it can be annoying when people don’t know what they want when it’s their turn to order but I was aware and let people behind me order while we figured it out so I don’t know why I was treated differently. The other girl helping us was very polite and the boba tea ended up being pretty good so that made up for some of it.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and the five stars are deserved, drinks come out promptly, service is great, and the flavors are top tier. Best boba in this area. My favorite drink is the taro milk tea with 25% sugar . The taro from this place is the best of the best, I’ve never had taro like this place anywhere else 10/10Edit: something’s changed… still good but not as I remember the place years ago. Sometimes the taro doesn’t taste like it should, but I still have hope.

I hate doing this, because I come here ALL the time, for years.On happy hour days, typically the cashier will ask what free 3rd drink would I like. Today, she didn't and I forgot to ask... after the transaction completed. When I remembered, the cashier Bailey, just stared at me like "oh well" when I asked about the 3rd drink. Her attitude was just terrible. I get it's just a boba tea shop. So after asking to cancel the prior transaction, and ring up a new transaction with the 3rd free drink, she pushed my order to the end. I hope making me stand there for another 15 minutes while orders she took after mine were made first made her feel very powerful. Even a grubhub delivery lady said "good luck" to me after overhearing the exchange. So I've been charged twice, and will see if she remembers to have manager cancel the transaction. So disappointed in the service.

Today I ordered my regular, Taro milk boba tea. As soon I tasted it, I noticed that they didn't add any sugar, sweetener or enough taro powder. The drink was not sweet at all and even it tasted like bitter watery taro. I nicely told them it's not sweet at all like I always had before. They told me they gonna make another one for me. It was fine until one lady who is skinny and short with green hair almost threw my new drink away on the table and looked at me mad after she made the new drink. She also said "I need the old drink back" When I gave it to her, she took it away very unpleasantly. I felt like she was treating me like someone who complaining to get a free drink. I wanted to ask her to taste the old drink how nasty it is but I didn't want to be rude like her so I left with the new drink. The new drink she made was just like what I always had. I looked other customers review and found other customers also had the same problem with unsweetened taro milk tea. I won't go here anymore. I'm very disappointed how bad she treated me when actually she was the one made a mistake with my drink.

food service was great, but they need to include on the menu wether or not a boba comes served with crushed fruit in it. finding smushed old strawberries in my food pissed me the fuck off.

Absolutely love this place! I always get the brown sugar coffee and it is delicious! I love coffee and this is such a great iced treat! The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming! I highly recommend coming here for boba, slushes and iced coffee! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
