I ordered delivery at 10:45. As of now it is 11:55 and no sign of my order but on the tracker it shows my order was delivered. When I called at I was told my delivery was on the way. After 3 separate calls and speaking to 3 separate people, I canceled my order. I will be calling a manager tomorrow. Do not recommend.

I ordered two pizzas at 8:39 p.m. and the estimated delivery time said 22-32min. I called the store at 9:24 p.m. and was told the driver just left 5min. Ago. My location is 7min.away. No pizza came. I gave them a additional extra 20min. I called back at 9:44 p.m. and they said the driver should be there. Finally the pizza was cold and I ordered a specialty pizza and there was no sauce on it. Not satisfied, I only kept it because I have Lil ones and it was late.

Ordered med meat lovers with extra sausage,with jalapenos, after arriving there I noticed my pizza was missing the majority of the ingredients. I don't like when a million dollar company steals my money for their gain , I work 12 hours shifts so my money doesn't come easy. I work close, I will never patronize this store again, there has been several complaints from people within the company I work with, Do Better or keep losiñg customers eventually your store. Good Luck.

Ordered two pizzas 20 minutes later showed up to pick it up. After waiting 20 minutes the cashier told me they were starting on my pizza. Almost 20 minutes go by and someone asked me for the name on the order, and they told me to be transparent they hadn’t even started on it. Wasted a whole hour to be told they had not started on my online order. I understand they could’ve been busy, but why lie to me and say you are starting on my order when they weren’t. And why wait a whole hour after my order was placed to let me know they hadn’t even started.

It's horrible, the drivers handle the pizza, the truth is that I have never ordered a home delivery since February, how would my grandmother say, they lost a customer because she placed my orders very frequently, because after 2 incidents with the delivery, the pizza was handled at least I ask Domino Piza to check carefully the workers who make the deliveries. There are many contagious epidemics. More than being a great disgusting thing, not to mention the great lack of respect, I am ready to say it where necessary and list the 2 people who touched my pizza. respect is the only thing that is asked

Wow if I had checked the comments before I ordered from here I would’ve definitely gone to another Dominos. We get a cheese pizza from Dominos most of the time during the week and all we ask for is extra cheese. Most dominos are on point! Not this one! It was like cardboard pizza. And they didn’t have any napkins? How is that even possible? Won’t stop in Ft. Worth any more!

Never order delivery from here. It has been over 2 hours and still haven’t received my order. This isn’t the first time they have taken this long for delivery. Whoever is managing this place needs to do better because this is is unacceptable. I have called several times and have been told it’ll be 30 more minutes each time. Then finally I said I will just come pick it up and I was hung up on. Not only has the staff lied, they have terrible service. Will make sure this is mentioned to corporate.
