Wish I would’ve read all the other comments before ordering here just moved to the area I ordered delivery clearly stated leave at the door I have 4 dogs it’s a hassle trying to open the door wide enough to grab pizza from someone and not have a dog run out. Delivery guy gets here rings doorbell 3X til I had to get it, I call the store to let them know I wasn’t happy about this ask for manager young man tells me they’re busy so I may just sit on the phone…umm ok, next another young man comes to phone and says “this is manager” I think not..by answering like that so I asked for his name said he’s not allowed to provide it which is odd bc I know the name of the person who prepped my food & delivered it, but cannot know the managers name? Told me I had 5 sec to tell him my issue or he’s hanging up on me & I’m still trying to understand why he won’t tell me his name and he sure did hang up on me. Definitely not good experience moving here & this being my local dominos won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I've order many times from this location and the pizza has been fresh and hot. Afternoon shift is A1 with the Pizza.

I saw a strange black piece of something on my pizza. I went to pull it and coming from under the cheese, a long piece of hair pulled out. My fiancé confirmed no hats or hair nets are worn in the store. Disgusting! I will never go to this location again.

This location is terrible. They don't care about getting the order right at all.Our pizzas we picked up were incorrect and unfortunately the person picking up didn't realize it until they got home. We called and were told the only thing they could do was make a new one and we had to go pick it up. They refused to refund the money and told Mr my only option was to drive back. The person on the phone refused to tell me his name and would not let me speak to a manager.

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered a vegetarian pizza over the app. After like 1 hour, they delivered a pizza with MEAT ONLY, NO VEGETABLES AT ALL. The worst part is the lady who delivered my order demanded the tip without correcting her mistake. I know drivers and servers’ paycheck relying on their tip but if you give me a bad service without trying to correct it, how can you expect me to tip you ? (I did tip her 20% after she demanded for the tip)

Editing my review because apparently unless you pay for extra cheese, they put barely two spoons on an entire large pizza. I should have taken a picture… absolutely no cheese on a pizza. Stingy

Don’t ever go here. Food sucks and employees suck. I was supposed to get a discount and never did and they won’t help me. Not to mention how rude the manager was that I just spoke to. Stay far away.

My pizza was cooked perfectly, on time, and with a smile. Before I walked in, the employee was already bringing it to me. And my slices were all actually cut! And the same size.

I had an issue with placing an online order with a coupon and I called the store at 2201 N.Tarrant Pkwy, spoke to the manager, who refused to provide his name, was extremely rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me 3 times. I will NEVER spend another penny at Dominos because of how I was treated. There are plenty of other pizza places that I’m sure would appreciate their customers! I will also be emailing their corporate office.

Worse place to get wings the manager kelvin cussed and yelled at me because I told him I had half a wing he told me wing stop is around the corner he also said he doesn’t care and that I came back for one wing once I headed out the door he came out yelling at me and I recorded him never go to this place worse place in town

Pizza and service at this location was severely lacking. The crew was actually pretty rude. I like to follow the Domino's tracker. That way time is not wasted on either end. However, when they clicked completed order, it was not completed for quite a while thereafter, therefore wasting time on mine behalf. The crew was not overwhelmed or overly busy. Because of this we can understand.

The crew has always been really good. They care and do their job to the best of their ability. The problem at this store is greed from the actual franchise store owner. He or she has a skeleton shift and is demanding too much out of their employees; riding too fine of a line between profit and cost of running the shop during peak hours. When you skew it in this manner and you prioritize profit the product suffers and your employees are pushed too hard and then you end up with angry customers. There is no reason why pictures of pizzas should be as pathetic as they are on here and no reason why I should be waiting over an hour from the moment the pizza left the oven to when it’s delivered to my door literally 2 blocks away. Just because you have a “free pizza” solution on a bad order doesn’t rectify the problem. I’ll note this is a BAD franchise tool that Corporate Dominos has allowed to excuse this level of prioritization from franchise owners. If I spent 30 dollars on an order I shouldn’t be expecting a gamble between getting a fresh order properly made and promptly delivered; or a bad order because of the bad prioritization which I outlined above. It’s time for the owner to take accountability or for Dominos corporate to step in and do something about it. Frankly I don’t want to hear from the owner that people don’t want to work because we keep seeing this issue time and time again and it’s always the excuse coming out of their mouths. People will work as long as expectations are reasonable and you pay people accordingly. To have a successful business and for customer to be happy you have to have compromise and not solely prioritize profits for personal gain. Full disclosure, this review is coming from a consumer not a past employee who’s worked there. I don’t even know any employees at any dominos. But living 2 blocks away and dealing with this store enough times I can easily see what’s going on here and it’s sad.My pizza was delivered like a frozen hockey puck. The solution was a “free pizza” which in my case is bait in spending more money on additional items or a 5 dollar delivery fee. At minimum it’s 10 dollars to deliver because of adding a tip. JUST GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME or correct my order without having to spend 30 min on the phone to get a credit on the pie. Again this isn’t the fault of the employees. I’ve never had an issue with any of them and I’ve dealt with the store 50+ times. Lastly one of the managers busts his *ss and runs the business in a commendable fashion the owner should be lucky to have him because without him this store would go down the tubes like it was before the guy got hired on. All the responsibility on the poor guy and you can see its running him into the ground. I see it all the time but he still tries to put a smile on his face and he does turn out great pizzas when it’s not peak hours. Just sad to see people exploited like this. But I guess this is what modern day capitalism looks like. This coming from a conservative free market guy.To the franchise owner I know you’re reading and I hope this review gives you the kick in the *ss to do the right thing and adjust your bottom line without me hearing the excuse you gotta raise prices to fix the problem. Your employees make excellent pies and have good customer service but you need more of them. My angry review isn’t from just this latest instance but it’s from witnessing and experiencing the same thing over and over throughout the last 4 years that I’ve lived next door. This doesn’t always happen but it happens far too often and this is the reason why it happens. I just want a reliable, consistent and neighborly Dominos can you please deliver.
