Every single time I order at any dominos location, they always forget my light buffalo sauce on the pizza. I typically order from this location and I'm just tired of paying for the buffalo and not getting any.! And I usually don't have time to check my pizza before I leave the store. Please have the employees throughly read the orders.!

Kevin please at least fix the pizza tracker, at least.Customer would be less frustrated if when they were told their pizza was ready, it was actually ready. How annoying is it for anybody to drive to a store for a pick up because you were told it was ready just to get there and you’re waiting because it’s in fact NOT ready. Tired, angry, sometimes inpatient and irritated hungry customer is not a good combination. At bare minimum people can wait in their cars or at their home until their order is ready. This has happened to me two times. It Can’t be that complicated. It’s actually just seems like honesty and transparency. Please fix it.

I’ve read the reviews, I’ve ordered numerous times without issue… BUT TODAY, I order for my family (4 small children). An hour passes so I call, I hear. “Dominos “ not thank you for calling, no that’s too professional. I was told they didn’t have enough drivers, I offered to come get it… now it’s not even made… was never started…. An hour dude…. The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever experienced. I don’t want a coupon, I don’t want free stuff, I want to detour anyone from giving them business. I want the owner to see this. Trash

The tracker is useless on this location. I ordered just a cheese pizza and after the app told me that my pizza is ready I’ve been waiting more than 20 minutes at the store and on the screen is showing that is ready. Definitely I have to do to better.
Jennifer the manager here is the best I love the way she always make the pizza so perfect and delicious just the right amount of everything I always get excited when I see on the mobile app her making my pizza love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I see this place has bad reviews all from delivery but we did a walk in and order because we were In the area. In person service is always the best sometimes tech isn't always the best way to go. The guy working the counter was great and friendly and my pizza came hot out the oven in less than 10 minutes. The inside is worth a visit too it's cool to see the pizza being made and take time to just sit and wait. I hope more people go inside to order because the experience is worth it.

3 stars because every time I order on line or in person and I ask for no garlic oil on the crust. They always seems to put it on there. I decided to call this time after I placed the order online, and I always pick it up. I hate the fact that once they screw up your order they place my other order part under their food warmer, that doesn’t work, my pizza taste like the box. I HATE that. When you screw up my order for not reading the receipt properly and I have to wait for you to remake, you need to remake all my food.Jenkins

So the driver just left the food sitting outside and when I opened the pizza box it looked like he threw the pizza.

I ordered the new bacon cheddar tots, that for some reason had ham on them....?? I received my order cold, and then, Just a few hours later I am showing all symptoms of food poisoning. I report the incident onto a food poisoning website, and then proceed to call the McPherson Dominos. I am speaking with the manager and he tells me "it's not food poisoning", and he proceeded to be a complete and total jerk. I will NEVER order from this Dominos again, terrible service, food, and the manager was AWFULLY RUDE. Negative star review.
