I have lived north of this Domino's for five months and have purchased four pizzas from this store. Consistently receive my order in about 35 minutes. Friendly delivery always. Tasty gluten free pie. Excellent store.

I order pizza from this location regularly. The food and service is Always exceptional! I usually order the spinach alfrado with breakfast bacon, double pepperoni with cinnamon twist for pick up..... the workers are always so kind, respectful and accommodating. This is definitely my favorite pizza spot!

Every single experience here has been terrible. I have yet to receive a hot pizza from any of the times that I have ordered.Today our pizza sat in “quality control” per their tracking app for 40 minutes before it was on its way. And yeah, once it got here I had to microwave it and at that point it’s not even fresh, it tastes like left overs.I don’t know, maybe hire more drivers? This place is a joke. Today was the let’s give it one more chance and unfortunately was a waste of money.

Like another user said, this location is consistently slow. Domino’s used to be one of our favorite delivery pizza options when we lived out west. We’ve ordered from this location a few times since moving here, and consistently, the pizza isn’t delivered until over an hour later. Hell, even carryout had me waiting for 30+ minutes after they had said it was ready to go. Ordered the pizza today a little after 7, with a 35-40 minute ETA, and we are still waiting at 8:30pm. Wish they’d bring back the “if your order isn’t there in X amount of minutes or less, the order is free.” This system offers no incentive for the store to get their food delivered in a timely manner. What a joke.

PAN crust is the way to go!! With pepperoni stuffed cheese bread and lava cakes!! Mm favorite. Drizzling the sweet habanero sauce on-top of your pizza for a sweet kick. Perfect. Hands down the best place to get pizza. Especially with the coupons always available.This location always takes care of me and my orders.

Whoever worked today, Sunday was an angel. Called a minute after I ordered online and they were just about to put it in the oven but I meant to add Canadian bacon. She changed the order last minute for me best customer service, fast cook time and great pizza.

This location consistently takes an extra 30 minutes after the app says the pizza is ready. I’m not sure if that’s an app issue or not, but there’s got to be some way for store employees to control when the pizza is marked as ready for pick up.This isn’t occasionally. It’s been 3 times in a row. My fault for not learning.
The manager was extremely nice and gave me my pizza for free because it was late due to a mistake making it.

Ordered our pizza an hour and a half ago, it’s been read for an hour. The tracker said it was stilling in “quality assurance.” I called to see if that was accurate and the Manager- Debra said that it was still there and they were waiting on a driver. I asked if that was acceptable since this has already been ready for an hour and her reply was, “would you like me to cancel or remake?” I asked if they remade it, then by that time the driver would be back and that it might be longer since they probably wouldn’t wait if they had another delivery and she replied with “yes.” Terrible customer service, I do acknowledge that she offered to remake it, but that does nothing for me with the wait time we have already had. Not looking for a free meal, but would like some sort of communication if it’s taking longer than usual because at that point we could have opted to pick up the pizza instead of waiting. Unapologetic, rude and flat out disrespectful!Edited to add:Delivery guy just came and handed me pizza, I told him that we cancelled our order. He checked the receipt and said that I was correct and they had sent him to the wrong address. I feel bad for him and poor guy is probably getting no tip from anyone because of the poor service.

I love dominos as far as chain store pizza places it’s what I grew up on so it’s usually my first choice. Ordered said it would be 20-30 minutes but the handful of times it’s taken over an hour closer to 2 hours. And usually by the time we get it it’s cold or uncut. At this point just need to close this store down cause it’s gotten to the point it’s a joke. At this point I’ll just go pick up from the other store on Main Street instead or switch to another one. Stay away from this store at all costs.

Placed an order and it took 2 hours to get food when it said it would take 20 minutes . Then we I tried to call the store I sat on hold for over an hour and a half NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE EVERRR! They are the worst and I will not bet ordering from them again! Terrrible!

Had to wait half hour extra in the store. I was ok with that as I was told they were understaffed. I had to ask if its ready. I guess I could have waited longer if i didn't ask. And when I was eating it, the temperature was too low I had to microwave it.
