Look, I like Domino's pizza, I love the garlicky crust they use, and I'm diggin those new cute little parmesan bread bites...But the issue I have is with their coupon pricing when ordering online... Twice now I have applied a coupon that's supposed to offer me a discounted price, but when you go to check out, the discount just isn't applied. It'll clearly lists the coupon at the top for, let's say $9.99 for a Med 2 topping pizza, and then right below that it shows your med 2 topping pizza for 11.99. But the kicker was when I went to the store to show them so that I could get my discount - the young lady cashing me out said she would go get her manager to handle the situation. But that didn't happen. The young lady came back and said "he said there's nothing he can do about the online pricing, so you'll have to pay whatever it states online." I thought it was strange that the manager wasn't able to just apply a discount of a dollar or two there at the register, but what errked me is that he/she didn't care enough to come out themselves and explain and/or apologize to a customer who's getting ripped off, why they weren't able to do anything at all to fix the situation or appease the customer. I mean my God, they could've offered a physical coupon to use next time, or just taken the time and have the decency to do at least get out of your chair... I dunno, maybe I'm overreacting because I work in a restaurant, in the FOH, and we just handle those situations more professionally.

Ordered pizza and it didn't arrive. Called up and reordered pizza shows up, but it's the wrong order. Called back and questioned the manager. Said your order will show up, when it did opened box up and it tasted like it had been under heat lamp for an hour. Pretty sure it was order that had not arrived. Horrible customer service skills and mediocre to poor pizza. I would not recommend

The app said my order was done, but when go in immediately. They say it’ll be done in 6 mins. I feel like they do that so it makes there stats look good like they are making orders fast when they are not.

Ordered a pizza today and probably the worse pizza from a domino’s I've ever got. I asked for half sausage but as you can see it’s sausage on the whole pizza. Called them to let them know and the “General Manager” have the audacity to say “I know what I made”. Well i know what i’m looking at and it’s a pizza with sausage on the whole thing lol. I love cheesy pizza but this was just made very poorly like the oil in the middle still just…so disappointing. I’ll just continue going to the one on woodway.

The franchise owner/manager of Dominos keeps parking in the handicap parking he has no sticker and is not handicap. I’come here and I can’t part in handicap parking cause of him.. I have picture of his red Dodge pickup. Don’t know how to add picture here. Can someone tell me how to add please.. I’ve asked them before to stop parking there.. gonna go to corporate and strip center management..

The delivery driver in the small white truck almost ran me off the road while he was speeding down Hulen. I called to let the manager know and the girl didn’t even apologize. Doesn’t sound like either of them care much about their jobs. Dangerous.

This is by far one of the best dominos I’ve ever ate from ,my food is always fresh and hot ! Also the customer service is excellent staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Manager said “MY BAD“ WHAT AM I A TEENAGER HOW ABOUT I AM SORRY ! NEVER AGAIN! Y’all got some issue that need attention. Fort Worth , Texas Bryant Irvin store .

There was NO sauce on the pizza. The pizza was lukewarm at best.I placed the order at 351pm, called at 448pm as it kept saying "quality checking" for 20 mins. When I finally got through they sounded confused I was even asking about my order. The lady on the phone was nice so she, individually, gets a 5 star but the overall business? 0.P.S. TexasDominos - I emailed you this morning and have not gotten a response. Is this just the generic response to displeased people?

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered $70 of pizza for delivery and the driver showed up with someone else driving and shouted out “F you and your pizza and sped off”!Called the store and talked to management and was hung up on.DO NOT order pizza here ever!!! Shocked they are still in business.
