I ordered a pizza an hour ago. Said it was ready for pickup 20 minutes prior to my arrival, waited 10 minutes at the window to be laughed at by some chubby Mexican girl that said it wasn't ready yet. It's BEEN AN HOUR... worst domino's service ever..

Ordered from this location last night around 9 pm placed and order and set it for deliver . Said it would be ready and on its way in about 30 minutes . The tracker said it was in quality inspection around 9:45 I continued to wait all the way until 10:30. and finally decided to call to see If it was out for deliveryyet and of course nobody answered the phone .I finally got ahold of someone when I was on my way up there and they told me that the tracker is not accurate at all so I went up there and every one was just standing around at this point it was right at 11 o'clock they said it would be ready in 10 minutes well that was anything but true I was there well.past 11:30 almost 12 . Seeing how I spent a chunk of money and got nothing but an inconvenience I hope somebody from management will read this and give me a refund because this was nothing short of unacceptable and ìm pretty sure dominoes as a whole have higher standards than this

Ordered and app showed the driver in route after 45 minutes. Two hours later it actually came. Manager was rude no discount no apologies. My daughter was asleep by the time it came and it was not fresh or good

I ordered my pizza at 8:30pm on the app they waited till about 9:30pm to call me they can’t deliver to my address (fyi they have delivered to me before) I don’t recommend this location poor service and communication along with cold food

They had a sale on a large pizza 2 toppings for 6.99 so I made my order, lol when I get there they gave me 2 medium pizzas and I told the guy am sorry I order 2 Large pizzas not medium and he was like oh well mmm we run out off Large boxes that’s all we have, so I was like “what” we’ll y’all shouldn’t be taking orders if y’all don’t have what y’all need, because people are paying for one size and y’all decide to give a smaller sizethat’s why I started to go to Saginaw even though is not close to my house but on that store I get what I order

Zero stars if i could.I read reviews before but decided to order from this location hoping i would have a better experience.I didn't, order was taking more than an hour.I decided to call the guy kept hanging up.I even said i wanted his name and to speak with the manager.I contacted corporate because the local owner wouldn't do anything.Worse customer service ever.Don't order from this location.The one on belknap it's 100% better.

If you like sauceless pizza, this is your place. They give dry pizzas with cheese infused into the crust as there is no sauce to keep the pizza cheesy/saucy. Do not bother having the manager comp your meal, lots of reviews here have demonstrated the manager(s) are incompetent and some appear mad all the time. Do not waste your time here, it is NOT worth it. If you decide to come here even after people warned you not to go, DO NOT accept any compensation from this place nor any half apology that they will fix the issue. The 1 star reviews go back for months so the managers do not care mor have they fixed anything.
DO NOT ORDER THERE when I called they kept hanging up acting like they couldn’t hear us they hung up twice and we pulled up and they acted like if nothing happened while customers in the lobby were saying they could hear us and would just decide to hang up and the supposed “manager” couldn’t give a cash refund and said it will take a couple of business days to get back into the card until we kept insisting until finally they gave us a void. THE WORST TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ???
