I tried everything to like this place. The drinks are great but it just does not work. I arrived at the drive thru at 633pm yesterday and was the 6th car in line. I received my single drink at 702pm and was late to work. I was a HUGE fan of theirs but I’m not continuously waiting 20 minutes or more for a drink. Better yet, we get a nice robo-response here as follow up. Sorry Dutch Bros…our time together has come and gone.

I’m not going to 1 star this review bc one bad experience isn’t going to deter me from getting Dutch Bros again but I was a little disappointed with the way they made my drink this time. I would recommend using less ice. I ordered a small iced caramel protein latte and there was just too much ice. The drink was gone in three sips

The customer service is ridiculous. Workers were leaving, throwing out trash and walking around aimlessly while we waited for over 45 minutes just to ORDER. No sense of urgency and no respect for customers. The line wasn’t even that long when we pulled up. No one came out to take our orders. The drinks are good but for the price and horrible customer service, this is not worth it.

The coffee is great, but the second line is horrible. The worst part is that the person taking your order doesn’t even look around to see who got there first. You can be there waiting for the longest and you’ll get skipped.

I have been to many Dutch Bros that operate smoothly, but this location consistently gets so jumbled with their drinks and the order they are served in that they end up moving very slowly and often get orders wrong. If you're looking for a coffee, I recommend travelling an extra half hour to a better one because you're going to end up waiting that long here anyways.

Coffee is good, but the drive thru is terrible. It only moves when someone is out there taking orders. The second drive thru line is also essentially a cutting line. People will pull up minutes after you and then try to squeeze in front of you. It’s extremely frustrating.
