Guys, today was bad. I miss the days when the staff would take orders when the line was long outside with their ipads. 30+mins to get to the window. Took 2 mins to order,pay, and get our drink. We could of got to the Arlington location, ordered, and had our drink by this time.

Terrible 1st impression/experience. The line wasn’t terribly long but the wait was nearly 35 minutes. The way the line is designed you don’t have the ability to leave either. My drink was filled beyond I could imagine of ice so I maybe had a total of 8 decent sips of my iced tea. Such a waste of my time and will not be giving Dutch bros a second chance.

I wanna thank the young lady who took my order today before the psycho who tried to cut in front of me did, in his diesel pos dodge truck. He clearly knew i pulled up before him, not at the same time but minutes way before him and he thought it was okay to use their pattern i go you go next. No sir not with me. Not only had I got there before you, I also sat there a few minutes waiting to have my order taken before you even pulled up. He was ridiculous, rude did not get his way so he sped off through the side lane and scared the poor girl taking my order. Dutch bros if you’re gonna have split lanes, make sure you explain to customers the way it works. So in the future we don’t get into drive through rage ?. Coffee was great !

The sweet coffees are way too sweet for me and my husband. We like simple coffees like hazelnut lattes. But we tried their mocha with Carmel and drizzle and another... Well made, but omg it made my teeth hurt it was soooo sweet.But that's just us... When we get a simple latte it's great! So much better then starF*ers.For the coffee snobs out there, it may not be as good as your local brewery, but when your out and about, you won't be angry at this coffee. It's the best chain coffee in Dallas
