I love this place! They’re amazing! Even when the card reader messed up they didn’t charge my card twice and It was all good! Headquarters was super respectful with helping me figure out what happened and my bank just switched the orders of the dates purchased! All Is well and the lady on the phone was so nice and respectful! I love dutch bros and the boba drink is delicious 100% you should try it!
I have only tried their Golden Eagle blend. The drink was delicious! The issue I have is the slow pace or not enough employees. I've been to the Lake Worth and Saginaw locations. Both have provided the same service! A VERY long wait! In my opinion, management needs to ensure employees are timely and show up. Usually, they are short staffed and customers suffer.
