I've been coming to this place for months and never had a problem. The people are usually super nice and I ALWAYS tip good! BUT today my order which was 2 large caramel protein mocha . No drizzle at all on either drinks and its supposed to have it and the person at the the window wasn't that nice, I asked for 2 sticker covers, he gave me one then turned his back on me, i sat there for a min waiting then just said thank u and drove off. Btw I tiped 25% on 2 drinks and 1 muffin top.

I told her that I wanted my drink with light ice, she turned to look at me and told me that if I did that she would only fill half of my glass, I said okay, no problem, (I'm sick) and she handed me my drink with double the amount. of ice that they normally give. ??

I got to this Dutch Bros multiple times a week to grab myself and my coworkers coffees/teas. They always greet me with a friendly smile, hi, and they know my orders! All of the employees there are just wonderful! Never a bad experience, and like I said, there all the time!!!!!

It was one of the worst experiences.We walked in around 1:10 p.m., and the two servers working inside looked like they didn't care about the walk ins. They just ignored whenever we called them and kept on doing drive-through. I hope Dutch bros looks at it and train their employees to be more professional. The guy inside with pink hair was just standing and dancing, and the poor lady was doing all the orders.
