Not our first choice for food, but it certainly did not disappoint. They were down a cashier, so the line cook was taking orders. We enjoyed our meal and loved the fries!

First time coming today and was really happy with the experience. It mimics East Hampton vibes very well in the design choices and the outdoor patio was perfect. I had the Sag Harbor sandwich of the month. The food was yum…especially the sweet potato fries. The service team was wonderful which is rare during this labor shortage season. Don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant where the food came out that fast. Definitely will return!

Planned on meetin at Zoe's which ended up being closed. So got here by default but food was good so will be back.

The website shows twice as many sandwich uptown’s than the store. The original was good

I love their Maine Lobster Roll! Although lines can be long at times, I would recommend ordering ahead of time or getting there early to beat the lunch rush. I'll definitely be getting the roll in the near future!

The menu is unique. Everyone in our group liked what they ordered. I can't wait to try something different when I go back.

Used to love coming here at the Westbend location in Fort Worth. Post-pandemic it has really gone down in quality. More recently, they took their cheeseburger off the menu, which frankly, was the best thing they had and the reason I kept coming. I will not be returning.

Honestly this place is not worth it. Very over priced for under quality food. The place is nice but the service is terrible. I ordered the chicken Jack with no tomato and a Caesar side salad TO GO. After handing me my order I left and when I got to my schools campus opened my sandwich and what do ya know TOMATOES! I noticed the line cook was watching the baseball game on TV come on dude if you're going to watch TV at least pay attention to my order! The sandwich was OKAY nothing special it wasn't even hot it was very luke warm. It's very messy to eat as well and a huge sandwich almost broke my jaw opening my mouth so wide to take a bite. The salad was brown and wilting. They were out of almost all of their sides besides Chips fries and the salad. The salad also doesn't even come in a real salad container, it's literally a large soup bowl container for soup. This place is very cheap and low class. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I won't be back.

It was our first time to eat at the Fort Worth location. For just me and my 2 kids to eat there with water, it was over $50 and that was after I was told I got a discount for it being our first time. Ok. Better be great food then. Nope! Everything was COLD! If I’m going to pay $50 I at least except hot fries.

Vic and the team here not only make some of the best sandwiches in the entire DFW area, they are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Great service with outstanding quality, must try spot if you’re in the area.

The aesthetic here is very cute but overall I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately every time I have visited the place is dirty and service is very slow. The staff often stands behind the counter phone in hand and doesn't notice when food is ready to be delivered. They have left things out of my order multiple times and when I go back to the counter to let them know they say they will bring it to me and then never do. So I end up paying for food I never received. Disappointing because their lobster rolls are decent.

So I love East Hampton BUT! This particular location is not my favorite. I always go for the lobster roll bc i don't know many other places in DFW w a decent lobster roll- and they are usually really good! Well worth the 25$ price ticket. But I am throwing my money away here because their roll is inedible! They have WAY over seasoned and salted the lobster salad, I had to sadly toss my sandwich out. This is the second time trying this location because I thought it was a one off the first time around- this time I felt the need to login to help and warn others away! :(

Arrived at East Hampton Sandwich Co on University Dr in Fort Worth. I have dined at this location 4-5 times in the last 6 months. The sandwiches and salads are always yummy and and any adjustments are properly made. Today when I arrived they were out of the sandwich I ordered. David was able to make adjustments and I left happy and with a yummy substitute sandwich. They have my respect for handling the day to day well and when things go wrong well. I will be back soon.

Hands down the best place to get a sandwich in Fort Worth! Everything is so fresh and the bread is to die for. Each month they have a sandwich of the month and they have the most amazing sweet potato fries. Highly recommend the honey grilled chicken sandwich. And their baked potato salad!!! I rarely order a drink when I go places, but they have really good lemonade. Definitely recommend checking out East Hampton!

Sweet potato fries are more like shaving and not actual standard size fries. Ordered my sandwich as a wrap, Still came with a bun. There was more ice in my drink than actual drink. And lastly, never received my cookie. Instead I got extra potato shavings.
