If I could give them zero stars i would do it . The worst place. I love tacos but this place either gives wrong order or low quality food. Did uber eats , specifically wrote a note for the order but sent the wrong taco. I’m hindu by religion so we don’t eat beef. When you do bussiness we customers expect good service.

Double check your food. The food is good when done correctly. However, on more than one occasion they have messed up my order. This morning I ordered 3 chorizo and egg tacos but it wasn't until I got home that I noticed they game me 3 bacon and egg tacos. I Don't eat bacon so the tacos were wasted. And so was my money...

Customer service here was extremely terrible !!! Just Terrible ,and its sad because the food here at Tacos El Patron Dallas Fort Worth Turnpike location is great! Ive been here with my family a few time ,I had been On the roade on this day September 29th at around 1:40pm with my family for a few hourse and we drove out of our way to eat here , we called 20 minuts before hand to ask about a specific menue Item , Once we arrived I headed to the RRs noticed they were locked headed back to the front asked the lady at the register to use the RR, she replied that RRs were for paying customers only , I told her i planned to eat here and that I actually called before hand 20 minuts prior , she relpied Yes and that it was her I spoke to ? she continued to argued with me back and forth telling me the only way I could use the rrm was to Order first , I kept telling her it was an emergency and she replied "everyone says that" ?? , I dont know about yall but this is not ok what soever to treat anyone like this , The way she handled the situation when I asked to speak to a manager and refused to give a contact number with someone of authority to the restaurant and said her father-in law was thw owner of the place ??this is not ok , poor poor cuatomer servie , after unnessesery arguing back And forth she finaly gave me the rr key but customers were watching and it was so embracing ,something simple that her as a manager should have been able to take care of ?,especially after explaining to her the situation , she should not be a manager at all if, she is not capable to deal with cuatomer service issues and this was not even supose to be a customer service issue SHE made it one. Also be careful going i to the RR they have a Hazzardous rug at the entrance of the RR people and I myself kept tripping while walking by .

The service was horrible, rap music blasting (nothing wrong with rap, just turn it down) the menudo had a rubber like texture with NO HOMONEY! Do not recommend this place at all

Expensive for what you get! My husband and I ate from there today and it was not good. I ordered the beef tacos and it had a lot of fat and hard pieces, my husband ordered the torta patrona he said it had no flavor and the only thing he could taste was the jalapeños, we ordered a kid’s hamburger for our son and it was awful. Do not recommend at all! Try at your own risk you have been warned.

When you order carne asada tacos as stated on the menu it's not actually carne asada, it's very dried over cooked shredded beef. The tacos are small and very dry. I ordered tripas and my brother and mom ordered carne asada. We left hungry wanting to go eat somewhere else. Very expensive for the taste of the food. The only thing that tasted well was the coke in the bottle. The salsa didn't taste well either so we decided we are never coming back here a
