I went in to pick up a to go order and everyone was super helpful! They have some of the best salmon and veggies I've ever had! Oh anf the 5 layer lemon cake with Blueberries is a must...I normally dislike lemon cake, yet their cake is amazing!??

Excellent staff, Hostess and manager Molly, Special thanks to our excellent server Tylor,Started off with the Double Black Diamond Martini And excellent handecrafted pineapple flavored smart t v gardenest with a slice of pineapple. I had the smoke hamburger, anexcellent entry, great flavor, great barbecue sauce, plenty meat to enjoy. Thanks to all the staff that make this an excellent dining experience.

Service was terrible! Wait time to get orders. Two other tasks came in after us.at least 20 minents, two at one table and seven at the other. got there food at least almost thirty minutes before us! After finally getting our meals and finishing eating. Staff came took each credit cards and some in cash. And that took over forty minutes to do. Just a crazy experience in a high in very restaurant. We all said we would never go back.

The restaurant wasn’t busy in the Sunday afternoons of our visit. But it took the server almost 10 minutes to arrive at our table for our order. I ordered bacon hamburger. The meat was over cooked, had a tepid temperature, a chewy texture and very dry. It was as if the meat patty had been setting out for a while. I am unlikely to eat at Firebirds again or recommend it to friends.
First time. Not impressed. Ordered chicken tortilla soup. It didn't have a lit of flavor, only found 3 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl & way too many tortilla straps. My husband ordered a brioche sandwich. He only ate half & said it was dry & not a lot of flavor. My daughter said the same thing when I brought the other half my husband had not eaten. I noticed another person ordered some kind of shrimp & sausage bowl, only ate maybe 6-8 bites then packed the rest to take home. There were probably 12-15 people in our group making a challenge for the waitstaff. There were 2 staff assigned to our group. They did a good job keeping an eye on drinks & the food was brought out all at the same time (a challenge for the kitchen). The atmosphere was good. It was a fairly new build & maybe being so new might have had a part in the lower review opinion. If I go back again hopefully it will be better.

I love the food but there is ALWAYS, and I mean always something missing or wrong with the order when you pick up or order delivery. I don’t understand
They have the best caesar salad but they overcooked the steak to medium well when I asked for medium rare and the sides were bad. If you’re going for a salad they’re great but for steak you’re better off going to Outback or even cheddars. Completely overpriced for what you get and not worth

Came for a birthday dinner with a group. Drinks took forever to come out. Appetizers came out before the first drinks. Ordered a ribeye med rare and it came out well done, sent it back. Second steak comes out via the manager, cut into it and it was blue rare, the manager didn’t even let me finish cutting it because she knew it was wrong again. I told them to cancel my order. Thankfully the comp my meal and my wife’s meal. Not a good experience overall, won’t be back.
