It was my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I loved the veggies sub. The packaging was amazing. The cheese was sticking to the paper placed under. The store needs to work on it. The cashier was also very friendly. I had to wait for few minutes since there were few orders ahead of me. Overall I became a fan of this sub.

So, my wife and I were recently treated to Firehouse for lunch and got hooked. Now for the 3rd day in a row, we’re eating Firehouse Subs. I’m noticing that each location has its own appearance and atmosphere. I love the individuality and personality of the locations. Now about the food…I’ve had 3 different sandwiches and they have all been AMAZING. I’m gluten free and Firehouse Subs staff go over the top to make sure you don’t have a problem with your food. The moment you say gluten free bread, they’ll ask if it’s an allergy, confirm and then inform the food line behind them that this order has a gluten allergy. Everyone changes gloves for the sandwich about to be built. I love the attention to detail in the service they provide. The GF bread is by Schär, they have the best GF bread around. The staff is fun and helpful here and I’ll definitely be returning. Also, don’t forget your Captain Sorensen's sauce. This stuff is legit.Dietary restrictions: GLUTEN-FREE option available. They use Schär brand sub rolls.

I went here on Feb 29th which was leap day so I was able to buy one get one free, if your name started with any of these letters L.E.A.P.I got a large firehouse hero hot sub which hit the spot and a potato soup. Definitely gonna be coming back here more often.

The girl taking orders at the front with the red braids was eating & licking all of her fingers when she came to take my order. After she took my order she started making food without washing her hands?

Very Poor Customer Service! The lady behind the counter taking orders had an attitude. She asked if I had an online order and I said no. Her body language after my answer was the first indicator that this may be a bad experience. She proceeded with what would you like. I told her a Large Bacon Turkey Ranch combo with half the way I wanted it and half with the ingredients my husband wanted. She seemed overwhelmed with the request and started to write it down on paper as she informed me that they don’t split sandwiches”with attitude”. I said if you’re going to have an attitude I’ll just order 2 six inch. Same difference. I informed her they had done it for me before and she said ask my manager. We’re not supposed to do split sandwiches. I told her just forget it. Left and went to Subway and they were more than happy to create my sandwich with wonderful customer service. Fire House Subs just lost 2 customers.

Be very cautious when ordering online. If you mistakenly order at a wrong location and need to cancel your order you are told to call customer service. Customer service will give you the run around until you are told you will not be able to receive a refund due to “wasting the food and you should be understanding” if you make this simple mistake, this million dollar company will take your money and refuse to refund. Beware: you’ve been warned.

I was DoorDashing last night. Went inside to 2 females making sandwiches. I didn't get a hello or we will be with you in a minute. They just kept their heads down like we wasn't there. I was in the place for almost 15 minutes for a doordash pickup. Employees are so rude.

My husband has waited 4 years for the Hawaiian pulled pork sandwich to come back to firehouse subs. It did not disappoint! Very yummy, we ordered online and it was ready a little bit after we got there. Great service!

The few times I’ve been to this location the workers always made me feel like I was interrupting or being an inconvenience to them. At one point I had to interrupt their conversation just to pick up my take out order. This place needs to do better.

Photos speak for themselves. Same sandwich but left is Jimmy Johns and right is Firehouse. You can tell which one was thrown together real quick amd which was made with care. Also look at the ingredient quality. Fresh crunchy lettuce from Jimmy Johns. Then from firehouse you get a couple peices of lettuce and they are soggy. You pay for all the ingredients to be present. But at the end of the day, its your choice.

Hands down the best sandwich in the area.. I’ve had problems with other shops close buy with quality, time, and employee attitude towards me when I haven’t said a word and just came to pick up an online order… obviously this place treats it’s workers well and it’s reflected in customer service. For that i give them five stars. Better food is served by well treated people, hands down.

Rude staff. I came in and they didn't acknowledge me. Employees continued to talk to each other. Finally one of them looked up and asked if I was there for pick up. I told them I was going to be placing an order. I was looking at the menu. One of the Employees said "do you neeeed something" with the rudest tone of voice all while giving me this glare and eye rolling. I should of just walked out.Won't be going to this location ever. Why hire people who are clearly miserable. Odd they seemed friendly to only certain type of people I noticed while I was sitting and waiting. Based on other reviews it seems they have had complaints with rudeness yet they haven't resolved the issue whatsoever.

Came to get food shortly before 845pm after a 12 hour shift and doors were already closed and locked. Business hours show closing time at 9pm. You could see through the doors employees were inside... They clearly saw us through doors and just ignored us. I was so hungry for one of their meatball subs. 3 other costumers showed up as I'm walking away also disappointed by locked doors. It's discouraging to go to a business expecting to be served and to be turned away before closing time. Hours should be updated. This is such a huge inconvenience when you plan something into your schedule after a long day of working out in the sun and just wanting to pick up dinner on the go.
