Found hair in my sandwich. I notified the restaurant immediately. They offer to fix me another sandwich. Now why would I want to go back? They sent me a coupon for a free sandwich that was smaller than the one I had ordered. BTW the coupon could only be used at the Western Center store.Keep your coupons… I never asked for employee DNA to be in my sandwich. Next time I will take pictures and tag this restaurant

They did not know much about which sandwiches or ingredients were gluten free, although their big sign clearly stated they have a gluten free bun, which surely implies someone there must know something about gluten.I had to inform the server that meatballs can easily make me writhe in pain, if they contain any breadcrumbs or such gluten-y ingredients. He had at first said meatballs would be gluten-free. So, had I heeded his opinion, I would have had pain for about an hour. Turned out they did indeed contain breadcrumbs, and the server had no idea.I educated one more person today, but I wish restaurant servers would have some idea of what's in the food they serve.

I understand it's Friday but not even rhat big of a deal my order is literally just the meat and cheese only. The kid making mine seems to be so confused that he added things and then after being made had to re open and take out things and change breads and this hole time the kid was just throwing my food around as he was upset that they did it wrong. Long story said 741 ticket marked 810 walked out with no food because they have to contact the Manger to processed refunds. Waiting for a call sense one was promised.

Worst sandwich I've had in my 54 years on this planet. Got the Italian. First problem was it was warm but made with ingredients that should have been cold. Whatever the sauce was that was put on it is the most god awfully sweet muck. Seriously how does this place stay in business? After a couple bites I had to throw the rest in the trash to keep from puking.
Let’s just say if you can go to another location. Please do so. Staff arguing in front of customers. The young man making orders doesn’t speak up and has a nasty attitude. The food is mediocre nothing special especially paying 12+ dollars for a sandwiche.

Last time I went there there was actually smoke, and I was actually worried about it for a second.. but where there is smoke, there is fire ? and I have never left this place without thinking that the firehouse subs of the beef and cheddar is hands down the best sub I've ever had so much so that I've never ever tried any other sub even though they look amazing because I know if I get the smokehouse beef and cheddar it will be ? every time

Jaydon needs to speak up. He basically whispered everything when greeting taking my order. Had to ask him to repeat himself every time he spoke and then I could still hardly make out what he was saying. Then he made my sub and couldn’t even make the correct order he himself took .

I have a dog business and heading home I wanted a sandwich. They are opened until midnight. I pull in at 10:15. Both doors are locked. I knocked on the door several times before they finally looked up and a guy opened the door and said they are cleaning up the line. I said then turn your damn sign off. You’re supposed to be open until midnight. He just blew me off.YOU JUST LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD!!!!!!
