The coffee has some kind of rum taste to it I don’t know maybe the syrup …but it’s utterly disgusting and not what I expect iced coffee to taste like..sweet is cream and sugar…this taste like baileys and cream just gross I tried two sips and just no…no.

Had Easter brunch here. It was good but not the best. We have had better at other locations. The grits tasted like they were made with tap water and the gravy was a bit off. Everything else was very good; eggs, bacon, sausage and the lemon curd ricotta pancake! Delicious!

My husband and I been to here several times and everytime we are being ignored we have to say something to get service we went 3 or 4 times just to be sure that was the case we was sat down by management an not waited on this past Sunday 3/10/24 after 10 minutes of no one saying anything to us a white family came in was sat at the table behind us within 8 seconds waitress was pouring them coffee I couldn't believe what just happened 3 minutes later a black waitress came to our table said she was sorry but she just got to work I just looked at her lost for words I'm 55 my husband is 60 years old been in Keller Tx. for 15 years an never been treated this way we got up an out will never returnSO SAD
Our second visit to First Watch was like night and day compared to our first. The sangria was fresh, our drinks never went empty, and you have to try the Million Dollar Bacon – sweet and salty perfection. Exceptional service, delicious food, and an all-around delightful brunch experience. Can't wait to go back! Now I understand where all the five-star reviews come from.***EditedThe service was abysmal, with disinterested and inattentive staff. We waited 30 minutes for water, which arrived after our appetizer and food despite asking multiple servers. The food was average, but the prices didn't justify it. The server seemed more focused on closing than serving, as evidenced when he promptly brought the check before we finished eating. The manager, Roberto, couldn't accommodate our split check request, adding to the frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service and inflated prices. Save your time and money and choose a brunch spot that values its customers.
