Don't ever order online. I ordered in the morning for pickup at 415pm and paid in advance. Well i showed up at 415pm and they just got the order? How could that possible? They said if you order online and schedule for a pick up time, the orders wont come up until your pickup time. Bad bad operation. Bad customer service. No apology from the employees. Btw no parking around this location.

Stopped in for a quick lunch but didn’t enjoy it as someone just finished spraying spray paint on the restroom doors. The entire place was toxic and I had to inhale it… worse experience

Great burgers, great service! Definitely can stand by their mottos! Staff was friendly and diligent. Loved every bite.

Poor customer service. I'm not from Fort Worth but my daughter regularly orders Five Guys from our home town and our online order is always done in 8 minutes. She eats Five Guys weekly. For this one, the staff is rude and your food is not done at the promised time. We won't be going to this one anymore and I'm glad the one in our home town is superb. We've never had an issue with the food or customer service.

Alright... I do a lot of traveling from one side of the country to the other. I've been to a lot of restaurants and had a lot of different kinds of service. Most experiences don't stick out unless they are negative, but this one does and it was extremely positive! Walking in on 12/01/2021, I believe it was the second time ever eating at a Five Guys, in my life. I had one less than a mile from my home for five years and went there once. I was ordering my food when I believe a "homeless or less fortunate" gentleman came in behind me. As I walked to sit down at a table I was watching how the staff was going to deal with him. What I saw caught me off guard. There were smiles and much respect given to this gentleman. Not as if they knew him, but as if he was a much regarded customer that they were happy to take care of. He was being treated just as I was. He ordered a milkshake and I noticed that there was no exchange of currency. The employees said that they were going to take care of him and the bill. Absolutely AMAZING! With all the negative that we have in our lives right now, a great group of folks at Five Guys are truly making a difference. It's not as much of the buying the drink but the class you showed providing the service. Sonia, you and your fellow employees are phenomenal people that are truly the ones that will get us through these hard times. Five Guys should be very proud to have you running one of the stores and I'd like to thank you for being who you are. I hope to see you next time I come to town.

My review pertains to customer service not the food quality. I ordered online before the Fort Worth Parade of Lights. The wait was 8 minutes (what it said online) for my small pickup order. I tried calling to verify the wait was only 8 min, but no answer. I walked to pick it up and there was a very long line of people who had been waiting to get in the restaurant for 1.5 hrs. I told them I had an online pickup order and they locked the door and turned off the OPEN sign. My friend was able to get in when someone came out and they told her there was no way to track online orders and couldn’t give us any idea how long, and we had been there for 40 minutes already. After we left without our food I called and asked to cancel and refund my money, but was hung up on. This Parade of Lights happens every year and you would think they would prepare ahead of time, including food prep, staffing, etc. I still don’t have a refund and never received my food!

Before today, It’s been over 5 years since I last chewed on a 5 Guys Burger. The restaurant looked exactly how a 5 Guys restaurant is supposed to look-red and white colors, newspaper & magazine clippings plastered wall to wall like an original location of a family owned local business would have. It’s cute, it really is. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, Mayo, and jalapeño’s. I’m not a big “toppings guy” when it comes to burgers. I like to really enjoy simplicity of bun, cheese, burger- without too many extras. Unfortunately, when this is the case, a burger cannot hide behind the toppings, it must simply be a “good burger” a perfectly cooked, quality piece of meat, to impress….The cheeseburger was an ‘okay’ cheeseburger. It wasn’t awful, it didn’t change my life, it didn’t make me say “wow,” but it also didn’t make me say “never again” either. Overall shake shack and In—and-out, are superior in terms of burger quality. But the five guys restaurant experience itself, is okay on its own. It seems their whole model is predicated on the “toppings” burger lovers. That’s not me, But still it was an “okay” Lunch.

The food was good, as always, but the service was way below par. We ordered two burgers, both all the way. One with no mayo. The receipt showed no mayo on one but both burgers included mayo. A few minutes after ordering, I walked up to the counter after realizing I didn't want mushrooms on one of the burgers. I asked if the mushrooms could be held off. The counter person told me, "oh we put the burgers on top of that you can just scrape them off". We also asked for our fries to be extra crispy. My bad. I didn't check the receipt to make sure she recorded that. I did ask her twice and just expected it to happen. Of course the fries were the way you usually cook them. All the other locations I've ever eaten at have had much better service than this downtown Fort Worth location I suggest you eat elsewhere.

The staff and the food was great. The price, not so much, but downtown everything is stupid expensive. Love the place and the people and the food. Hate the price.

WAY OVERPRICED! Almost $16 for a cheeseburger and fries. No drink. Service was average. Burger is okay and fries are good.

$38 for two burgers and fries. Didn't get our order right and took over 15 minutes to get us our food, making us late to an event. Don't come here!
