We came in after the Cowtown Marathon and they were VERY busy. Wait staff, hostsesses and bar tenders were all fabulous. The food was very good and brought out fresh. Even though we had to wait here and there, it didn't bother our group.
Great Pizza, great beer and wine, excellent staff and atmosphere. Jeff Meinecke, the Operations Manager, knows his stuff. He gave us a tour of the brewery and provided incredible information and history. This is a favorite destination to bring friends and family. Absolutely great venue staffed with excellent people. I got to enjoy Fort Brewery for the first time a few weeks ago when friends and I came for an ACOTAR trivia night. We had so much fun and the food was delicious (especially the pesto goat cheese pizza). We met friends a week later for Sunday brunch and the brunch menu was excellent. I love that they are allergy friendly and I love that you can build your own wine and beer flights. I definitely plan on coming back and trying more of the menu.
