Something has drastically changed at this freebirds location. Used to be our go-to burrito place but the food quality has gone way downhill. I always get a monster burrito with pork and the past 3 or 4 times it’s felt like I’ve ordered a rice and bean burrito that’s the same size as my wife’s half bird burrito, not worth the extra money at all. I’m done trying to give them extra chances to redeem themselves. Save yourself the disappointment and grab something else to eat in the area.

Red flag #1 when I walked In I was the only customer, mind you it’s national $6 burrito day you would expect it to be at least a few customers in the building,secondly when I reached the counter it was three employees in which nobody took my order until 4 minutes later they just stood around looking clueless.I have given this location 2 chances hoping it was just a bad day for them and what a waste of money… food has no flavor at all and there was gnats all over the drink station.

Everything was out when I was there for a burrito. Very frustrating and I question the freshness of the ingredients. Not the most consistent experience when it comes to order accuracy and food quality.
My husband & I love Freebirds! Everything tasted good, sadly, it just seemed Way less full, like a regular bowl instead of the Monster. Hopefully it will get better.
The food here is always good and the customer service is even better! Unfortunately my bowl was missing a few items and when I called the managers they were so understanding and replaced my meal with no issues. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and so thankful they took care of me. Will be coming

First time for us and the monster burrito! Staff was on it and made the experience great! Only knock was the dine in tables could have been cleaned better. A lot of em were dirty at the time of our visit. Other than that, we will be back!

First time back at a Freebirds in a while and sadly I remember why I stopped coming to them. The workers used to be so lively and nice, now its like a depressing school cafeteria line. The helpings are so small, so you need extra protein, then that costs extra, you want guac, extra,.. I got a monster bowl and it was $21!!! And it wasn't even half full.. Then the ice was out on the fountain drink dispenser (both sides) and all the drinks were hot. SAD day here.
It's an Excellent restaurant with Excellent staff I'll Definitely be visiting there as soon as Future opportunity rises, Well Worth It!!! ??

Average is about the best compliment I can give it. And that pains me because I grew up eating Freebirds when it was a much smaller company, so I have a lifelong love of it. We went recently for Kids Eat Free - only to find out there's no kid's burrito anymore. At a burrito place. What did the kids want? A burrito of course, so our kids were no longer eating free.This could have been overcome by great tasting food, but it was somewhat bland and underwhelming. The staff was middle-of-the road...not overtly friendly, but certainly not rude either. They were just kind of there. No one in my family seemed to notice, but while we were sitting in the rear of the restaurant I would occasionally get hit by a waft of odor that smelled like a plumbing issue to me. Certainly not an appetizing smell...The queso was delicious at least.

Nov 30, 2023. Had to take 1 Star off due to smell in restaurant when sat down for late lunch and also the Nats flying around the Ingredients area and table I sat at to eat my late lunch.
