I don't care much for buffets personally, but I got out voted by the family. I was actually pleased with how sweet and customer oriented our server was. He was funny and charismatic and we didn't have to ask for refills or plates cleared . The food was meh. Some of it was good but a lot of it you could tell had been sitting out for awhile. So the chicken, rolls, baked potatoes, liver. Etc were pretty dry.
This restaurant is disgusting. I went in on today around 11:30-12:00. Paid for the food, went and sat down, waiting for a drink, and then went to go get some food and literally the first thing that I chose to get was cabbage, and when I dipped it up and placed it in my plate, there was a roach and it immediately Went and asked to speak to a manager . I was told that his name is Carlos Sanchez. I showed him the plate with the cabbage and the roach. He did not seem to be shocked or surprised. He just told me that he was sorry for my inconvenience and ask if I wanted my money to be returned back… I’m like wow!! I have been a customer service for over 30 years. This was just ridiculous. I would think twice about eating at this restaurant. They definitely need to do some deep cleaning.

Food was cold and awful. Waited ten minutes after sitting down and had to trak our server down our selves after that just to get a tea. Then our server wouldnt acknowledge us the rest of the time so wasn't able to even have a refill. Went and talked to the manager she said she didnt know where our server was and asked me what i wanted her to do about the food and service. We ended up just walking out. I even asked for a refund and manager didnt want to do anything about the whole experience. Will not return i feel we were totally being discrimiated against because of our race. They even had left over dried out breakfast food on the buffet at 3:18pm so grose.

The food is hit-and-miss. Some things were excellent, some were gross. The ham was great, the fish was weirdly tough and almost stale, the fruit tasted like it started to slightly ferment, the carrot cake was good... for every good thing, there was something equally as bad. The waiter was friendly, though!

Terrible , cold, and just a waste of money kinda food . The last time I came to this particular location was in 2016. Too bad things have changed btw we can like 3:40 pm and we were told we had to pay for dinner and that the system just automatically changes the payment time even tho dinner starts at 4:00 pm .
