I have always like the cookie taste, but the cakes just keep getting thinner and thinner, they use to be a good size thickness. I haven't got one since we live near Houston because of this reason, was hoping it would be different here. But way to thin, and this one looked a little under cooked. For $40 I would expect more, and won't be back when I can get a double layer huge rectangle from Sam's for $20

We ordered a cookie cake for my son's birthday. The cookie wasn't cooked through and through, and frosting was unpleasant. I could have baked and decorated my own and it would have been better.

Wow!! Truly exceeded my expectations! The decorator customized this cake for our Home Alone party. Looked incredible and tasted great too!!

Not overly impressed with our large holiday cookie, which was expensive. I gave Amy directions and she drew them up on her order form the exact way I described it. Amy has done beautiful work for us in the past but clearly this cookie was not decorated by Amy. Everything was off-center, the words were not written where I asked them to be and the graphic in the middle was also off-center and didn't look much like the one I viewed in the store. Overall, disappointed but didn't have time to order and wait for another. I would post my picture here but there is no option to do so. The few people that have seen it agree that it was not done well for the price paid

I love this place they Great! But I did order an ice cream cake thinking it was going to be the same that I had ordered last year and it was supposed to be a triple chocolate birthday cake and they did not include the cake the entire cake was ice cream it's supposed to be an ice cream cake where was the cake? it was nonexistent and they were also Supposed happy 35th birthday Kevin on it and when I picked it up it did not have that on it and I that's how it was last year and they did call me twice to verify that I wanted everything chocolate and I said yes chocolate cake chocolate ice cream chocolate icing as well but they forgot the cake Part and I am not sure how that happens as well as not having put the happy birthday Kevin on it so I'm not extremely happy with this place right now.
