The customer service is horrible. They left egg shells in my daughter’s rice. I know because I tasted it and it was hella crunchy and I spit out white pieces of egg shells. I took it back to the lady.. and all she said was “I don’t see any.. I’ll get you some MORE rice” ( No apologies were given).. Um I was very skeptical about feeding my child that again so we left the rice and left out. I won’t be ordering from Hashi Kitchen again.

Ordered DoorDash- They do not devein or purge (clean) shrimp before cooking… a little gross looking down to see a huge poop chute, or grit when eating the shrimp alone. Makes me nervous about the quality of the other fish as well.
I had the Crab Rangoons, spicy edamame, andhibachi steak/shrimp. Food was very good all around and will definitely be back.

First time visiting Hashi. The owner, Yen, was visiting helpful explaining the menu and recommendations. My order came out quick and fresh. The steak was tender, flavorful and the noodles were very tasteful. My next visit I will try the sushi.

Went to try and eat and upon entering no hello or have a sit we were left wondering do we sit or order at register Noone was in there and she paid more attention to the worker then us finally after qe seated ourselves then got up to go get help she had an attitude so we left unprofessional rude will never return all we wanted was sushi ? smh

I'm glad I gave this place a try. It's tucked in a shopping center of Camp Bowie, but the inside feels more intimate than a strip center. They have cute decorations and good lighting. It's a fast casual style restaurant where you order at the counter, serve your own drink, and then the food is delivered to your table. To be honest, I'm surprised they have a tip screen when they don't even bring the silverware with your food and just direct you as if you were at a Pei Wei. All of that aside, the food was good. We got the cowboy roll and hashi roll as well as Hibachi and were not disappointed. The hibachi servings are very large and made with fresh veggies which I appreciate.

The staff are en pointe, the food is awesome, never fails. Love how they cook their veggies, they’re always done PERFECTLY. The beaux is a big fan of their Ebi Ebi Roll. Give it a try!Edit: 4 yrs later and this place has really started overcharging for portion sizes. Just not feasible to afford to eat here anymore.
