Biscuits were very dry and salty. Gravy is good, but bacon was extra salty (saltier than normal bacon). I have really been wanting to try this place for a while, hate that I'm so disappointed

Like too many reviews on Hot Box our biscuit was a bit too dry and the pimento hush puppies were not good. According to my kids, the chicken from the chicken fingers and Hottie (without the hottie) was good... But again, the biscuits were just ok.

Wildly disappointing!!!! The descriptions of their food sound 100 times better than the food actually is. The place has “biscuit” in the name, but the biscuits were disgusting. We actually ordered several different things to share and I went back and ordered another entree, but not one thing was good. I don’t understand how people like this place. Not a fan at all.

I got the Maddie melt and the green tomatoes. Both of them were balanced and no over drenched in sauce. Overall it was a good way to spend my brunch. The seating is nice being able to view out and enjoy the atmosphere outside while enjoying a good meal. I also got the iced caramel coffee and it wasn’t too sweet it was perfectly made ! Overall a 9.5/10 and it’s worth the vist.

1st timer, I’ve heard about Hot Box Biscuit Club and decided to give it a try, even though I was originally looking for more of a breakfast spot. The establishment had a nice and fun atmosphere, and the service was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu, which I appreciated.I ordered “The Hottie,” a chicken sandwich dipped in hot sauce, which I would rate a 6/10. While the chicken was cooked to perfection and the biscuit was outstanding (10/10), the sandwich was overly drenched in sauce, making it messy and difficult to finish. Alongside the sandwich, I tried their cheesy butter grits, which were flavorful but a bit too heavy on the butter and too runny for my taste (6/10).On the bright side, I enjoyed a well-made Arnold Palmer, even though it’s not on the menu. Their lemonade and sweet tea, together or separately, were great (10/10).Overall, it was a good experience with a cool environment. Despite some minor issues with the food, I will definitely be back. Thank you, Hot Box Biscuit Club!”

Ordered the VANILLA BOURBON BREAD PUDDING FRENCH TOAST and it was truly disappointing. Super thick and heavy.. even the lady at the table behind me wasted hers. I ended up getting a refund for it, the manager was really nice about it. I also had the BREAKFAST MARGARITA which was just ok. I think the champagne was flat so it didn’t have any bubbly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend..

The fried chicken with gravy biscuit is amazing, I just revisited this place today, was always my favorite breakfast place when I lived in Fort Worth.

Great place!Good location. The atmosphere and decorations were great!Staff wasn't as knowledgeable about the menu. And the biscuits were a bit dry. The iced coffee was kinda flavorless. I mixed the mocha with the churro coffee and it was good! The cinnamon roll was a biscuit rolled with cinnamon and sugar and needed more icing.

I stopped in here this morning for breakfast and was completely LET DOWN. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, thinking a biscuit company should be able to make biscuits and gravy...I was wrong!!!! The biscuit was OK at best and the gravy was the worst I've EVER had and I was in the Army for over 10 years. To wash down this HORRIBLE biscuit and gravy debacle I reached for my coffee that tastes like muddy water.First off, YOU ARE IN TEXAS, how do you mess up the classic Biscuits and Gravy.Secondly, IT'S COFFEE, you have the WORST coffee EVER. I would rather get food at a gas station then come back to this disaster.

If you show up about 15-20 minutes before they close, they'll take your order but quickly tell you they're closing in 14 minutes. They might even ask if you want your food to go, even if there are still people eating inside. I get they have to close, but being a bit rude to customers left my experience at Hot Biscuit not so hot in the end. We ending up saving them the trouble and not placing our order. Spend your money elsewhere.
