Pardon the profile picture. I changed it for this review because as a DoorDasher I frequent this location often. I don’t want any petty retaliation from this night manager whose name he would not give me. If fact on this particular night or early morning, because it was around 4:30am , I came to pick up an order for a customer. The order was , per this gentleman, already picked up for delivery. Problem was, it wasn’t picked up by a DoorDash driver nor was it confirmed. When I asked this manager if he witnessed the driver confirm the order he said, “ I saw the app.” ??♂️??♂️ WOW!!! So I pressed. “Did you see them confirm the order?” And he says that’s not his job. Again, Wow!!! So apparently if you want free food go to this location and flash a DoorDash app regardless if it’s a Dasher app or not. Because it okay ??. It’s not his job to confirm it or make sure the paying customer gets their order. Sad to say this customer didn’t get there and was probably hungry. The good thing is they did get a refund and I got only a partial pay. The only loser here was IHOP, whose employee lacks the judgement between theft and job qualifications.

Had a nice breakfast on a Wednesday morning. There were enough tables, very polite and helpful wait staff, and overall well presented and delicious breakfast options. Definitely recommend the chocolate chip pancake, the basil pesto mushroom omelette. Hash browns were good but not great.Spent roughly 20 dollars per person for a wholesome meal. Great place for American meals.
The restaurant is dirty. Needs a good deep clean especially the booths and booth divider glass partitions. Sticky finger prints all-over them. Server was rude. Food was cold.

Went there this morning. Got seated right away. Waited a long time to get served. Got the coffee and gave the food order. Waited and waited and waited. Finally got tired of waiting, so we got up, went to the front, paid for the coffee and left. The McDonalds next door came in real handy.The link does not work.

They won't take phone orders.. they left off some of our food it was a togo . So we didn't check til we got back to work.
