The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We even got free kids hot chocolate because it was a rainy day! The hot chocolate was delicious too, I had to steal a sip of my kiddos of course.Our burgers tasted so fresh and delicious, the In-N-Out standard!!!

They always get the order right. They’re always friendly at the cashier. They’re always clean. The only problem is sometimes the line is long. But they can’t be blamed for being good enough to have a long line, can they? I don’t like eating their fries on the go because they taste bad when they get cold but if you eat them in the shop they’re good. oh, and if you haven’t tried a strawberry chocolate milkshake, you should do so.Parking: They’ve got a good size parking lot and if you can’t find parking in their parking lot, you can park over there in the Lowe’s parking lot and walk over.

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 double double burgers and fries. The order was to go. When I opened the box at home I discovered that they sent me with 1 bun cut in half with nothing but lettuce and some grilled onions. No burgers at all. Each half was individually wrapped. See photo. Sad!!!
