Went for lunch on this gloomy Friday and the restaurant only had two table when we came in. Both my boyfriend's Ramen and mine came out hot and delicious. The chasu was very soft and easily pulled apart with chopsticks. I like the use of chili paste instead of chili oil for spice.

I am new to ramen but this place was so good, I will be back. The atmosphere is so quaint & relaxing that this restaurant would be equally at home in Southlake. Really glad they are in N Richland Hills instead. I ordered Tan tan ramen and the tempura vegetables. No photo of the vegetables because the tempura was so perfect that I ate them all before I thought of a photo. ?
