We go here occasionally. They don't always have what's on the menu. Drive through is pretty fast. They almost always get the order right. Food is pretty good. My favorite is the sourdough Jack.

Service was great and quick. Inside looked tidy and clean from drive thru. This is the third Jack in the Box with a disappointing taste of the sour dough jack. I'm not sure why?

The man who was working drive-thru on December 25th, 2023 at around 4:10pm was incredibly rude and Ill-mannered. As I was waiting to pick up an online order in the drive-thru, I was told to pick it up inside by the woman who was running the drive-thru. Suddenly, a man interrupted the lady and yelled at me for still being in the drive-thru after being told to go inside. The drive-thru was packed. There was no way to leave the line once inside it. I didn’t appreciate his disrespectful attitude and his disregard for basic manners. He told me he “didn’t care why I was still in the line,” and that I need to “get out” and go inside. Fix your attitude and maybe y’all’s rating will actually make it to 3.5 stars.

Came in for lunch it was around 1pm on a thursday. I waited at the register for about 5 minutes and no one ever came and took my order. The three ladies working just stared and then went back to cooking. I wont ever be back.
