The staff was very rude when I had alerted them.They left off one of my burgers.However, the manager stepped up and got me my burger.But then when I tried to get some ranch.That same server was rude again and the manager had to step up and give me some Avocado Ranch, Which was way better anyhow..

I am beyond upset writing this post which I’m sure the girl thought I’d forgot, we went in very hungry and my son who has autism sat at a table and an employee named Emilia very big Hispanic female looked at him so ugly and rude and unprofessional and proceeded to spray and clean the table where he was sitted, (spraying chemicals on my kid is a big no) . I’ve worked at multiple jack in the box locations and I know never clean a table a customer is sitting at !!!! So I old her there are many other tables where no one is sitted and she said very rudely “ I toldHim excuse me “ . She didn’t say anything by the way. I couldn’t believe how her behavior was. I will never bring my business back to this location as long as she is still working . I am also going to contact cooperate about this incident. My son was very scared and had a meltdown after because she was talking so mean to me in front of him.
