I come here every other day, in my smoothie I ask and always recieve my drink with thr lemonade concentrate. I like my drink tart! And today this young lady told me it wasn't possible. Everyone else has done it for me there. So I spend about $100 at you location each week. I hope that $5,200 decision was worth it. I drive all the way from denton to grab my husband and I both a large jamba juice. Thanks for ruining one of the few joys I have.

I don’t ever do reviews… but this jamba juice has disappointed me everytime I go. The first time i went through the drive-thru, i wanted to order an orange ginger cayenne shot. The worker told me instead of it being a shot all together, the orange will be served on side as a slice. When i received the order they gave me the smallest wrinkled orange slice i’ve ever seen and the shot was tiny. Wish I took a photo. I immediately returned it and requested a refund. the second time I went, I decided to go inside to order. They’re supposed to open at 7 am, the door was locked when I arrived at 8:30 am. An employee came to the door to unlock it and apologized. The last time I went was today… ordered a pb waffle banana parfait bowl , they barely added any greek yogurt to the parfait. That was my last straw. Won’t be returning to this location again.

BEWARE! This Jamba doesn't tolerate mistakes. I made a mistake and clicked the wrong address when ordering my smoothie. I called right after the order went through and asked for a refund since it was across town. The manager said they don't allow refunds especially since the smoothie was already made. Idk how you make a smoothie in 2 minutes but maybe they deserve 5 stars for speed...
I love this waffle parfait bowl! The mix of waffle, strawberries, and blueberries is amazing. Each bite is a burst of flavors. Eating them together is a must! It's now a regular treat for me. This bowl has truly become a highlight of my day. Kudos to the team for creating such a delightful treat!

I do not ever do reviews. But I would to put my concerns on here and let you know that I am not happy obviously this for the review. Your store shows that you close at 9pm but yet I can’t order what I want to order because you shut down over half the menu due to you closing machine at 8pm, which is an hour before you close. Cutting off that business to those people who get off work and want or crave those things specific items from the only place open late. the issue for me is that this is false information and advertising that you have that you close at 9pm and I can order whatever I may want but once I get to the store I am told I can’t due to the machine is being cleaned starting at 8pm. Hope you understand my concern and understand that I am not a happy PAYING customer.

03 August 2023, Thursday:I placed an order through Postmates this afternoon.The Honest T Organic Honey Green Tea they put in my bag is stale -- BEST BY NOV2921?! My turkey sausage wrap tasted like it had been heated in a microwave oven.Jamba Juice had been one of my favorite places for smoothies and snacks until this happened.

Not sure if it's just us, but I went through the drive through with my boyfriend and we didn't not like the smoothies at all. Had a funky taste, I've never had smoothies from Jamba Juice so maybe it's just my taste buds, but absolutely awful. Went back in to trade after looking up their policy on "goodness guarantee" and didn't like the new ones either ?
