Veronica was amazing and so kind!I’m from out of town and placed my Jason’s Deli order to the wrong store. When I called Veronica, she helped me with a new order and didn’t stop there. Veronica went above and beyond by making me a new order and delivering it so “I didn’t go hungry.”Veronica helped find a solution to my error and was so kind and patient about the whole situation. She is a great person! Thank you Veronica for doing more than expected and for caring! You are wonderful!Cathy delivered my order and was very nice!

The food was good. We called in an order of 5 entrees, 2 of them salads. They forgot to include the dressing we requested for both.

I’ve been here several times and today while here with my family 1/6/24 we found bugs in our salad from the salad bar while dining in. The bugs were throughout the salad and in each of our salads ( my 8 year old was the one who noticed it). When we notified the young man on the register he was polite and refunded us but the concern is that everyone just stood around and no one was in a rush to clear the salad bar. The young lady who was already restocking the salad bar was the only one still at the salad bar and still restocking it as she was unaware of the bugs nesting in the salad because no one notified her.
We love Jason's Deli... however I can't make this up the ranch that I just had delivered through door dash with my order tastes like COW manure smells! I have NO IDEA how that's possible but WOW EWW if you have ever had "water lily pops" TASTES LIKE THAT!

I would like to say I was completely impressed by the gentleman (Clint) who helped me with my order. His friendly caring manner was second to none. He is a true asset to your team and my next visit will be dine in because of the positive experience today.Kid-friendliness: Frankly, the atmosphere today was a very positive one. I think it would be great for all kids, young couples. Had a nice community gathering feel to it and great food.

Had a great experience. Everything was clean, food was great, salad bar was constantly being restocked, and service was on point. The manager Logan was extremely friendly, came around to all the tables to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal and to see if they needed anything. Highly recommend this location, will be coming back.

You should not make your delivery drivers make drinks for customers it’s not our responsibility as we do not order the food for them and it is not very comfortable to put that responsibility on us. We are only paid to deliver not make drinks put lids take the time and all of that stuff.
