Already shared my review. The guys at Google need to fix the review process and see if someone's already posted their review to exclude repeat review requests. The people behind the counter were very positive very animated in their serving the people at the counter I only wish I had a $5 bill left in my wallet to stick in the tip jar but I'll make sure that it's done the next time I'm there. I just finished the other half of my number 15 for lunch. Maybe a little bit more on the meat since you shave it so thin but I still had a better sub than the others that are around including schlotzsky's in lake Worth. By the way ex in-laws own the shop at schlotzsky's in Waco Texas. Next time I go to the gun range at shoot Smart I'll be stopping by and getting lunch at Jersey Mike's.

Jersey Mike's makes a pretty good cheesesteak, but at this location, the service is horrible. They do not pay attention to special instructions on online orders, at all. A while back, I ordered a steak, and when I got home, found out they didn't follow my instructions about adding lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I took it back, and they acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to make my sandwich properly. Then, when I got home, they had forgotten to add bacon, which I paid extra for. I order a steak every weekend, and for the past few weeks I have been going to a different location a bit further from me, and have had no problems. This week, I decided to give the Camp Bowie store another shot. Well, 20 minutes after I placed my order I went to pick it up, and they hadn't even started making it yet. There was a GrubHub driver there who was frustrated at how long they were taking for an order she was picking up, too. There were only 2 people working, but she and I were the only people in the store, and there were no other order slips pending. When I asked if I could cancel my order, placed on the app and already paid for, and get my money back, the man behind the counter started talking fast with an accent I could barely understand, saying he couldn't do it. I found out later that's a lie. He could have refunded me but chose to equivocate. Anyway, when they did finally start making my sandwich, I noticed that they were adding green and red pepper strips, which I specifically asked not to be added. The girl then proceeded to try to pick the peppers out of the meat, as if the taste of them wasn't already cooked into the meat. When I asked for the sandwich to be made again from the start, correctly, I was treated rudely and pretty much had my sandwich thrown at me when it was finally done. This location is the absolute WORST Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. I'll travel a little further to the Hulen location from now on.UPDATE: I was contacted by Daniella at the Camp Bowie location, and they made things right with a free sandwich. Also, the employees who were repeatedly messing up my orders and giving me attitude when I asked them to correct it are no longer working there. I will be returning to this location from now on. It's closer to me than Hulen, and I'm hoping this upward trend continues.

Jersy Mike's makes pretty good cheesesteaks. That being said, not at this location. This is the WORST run Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. They repeatedly get orders wrong, and then act like you're inconveniencing them by asking them to make it the way you requested. Poor service. Rude manager. Go to a different location.

I LOVE sandwiches. My sandwich standards are high, so it's a lot easier to disappoint me than the average sandwich eater. If you love sandwiches like I love sandwiches, then Jersey Mike's is your sandwich shop.

I can’t say enough about this jersey Mike’s location. Truly a breath of fresh air after such a long trip to the Fort Worth area. I truly needed a delicious sandwich and they were happy to provide and also the staff is very kind. Had to learn the manager Abella‘s name. Very nice lady. Now I’m ready to take on DFW. Cheers!
