I waited over 25 min for an online order after the time it said it would be done. I would have been better off ordering inside instead of waiting. The front staff never greeted anyone and was rude and no urgency with these people. I won’t be back, not worth my time for a sub. I shouldn’t have to wait this long for 1 sub online. Get your stuff together. Oh, and got home and the order was wrong! Please spend your money elsewhere!

Wow, you have 3 awesome employees working at this location. Luke,Kris, Richard.I ordered my food and unexpectedly all 3 were engaging me in a conversation. It was light hearted, but all found a way to connect. I don't expect this at fast casual anymore. I ordered under my husband's name, but I have a feeling if I went back in and all 3 were working , they would just say hey, welcome back. I was running errands in the area, but don't live in the neighborhood across the street anymore. We have always enjoyed the food at this location and I bet, I will definitely make an effort to stop back in. It was also during a slow peak time and all were cleaning and maybe restocking and not using in cellphones. Please take notice of these young men, because they were giving old school service, Connecting with a customer which I don't see anymore. Thank you!

BIG SHOUTOUT TO KRIS. Phenomenal customer service!! It’s nothing like being greeted at the door while smelling fresh bread!! ANOTHER GUY WHO DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB MAKING MY FOOD ALONG WITH KRIS WAS ANDERSON!! I believe that was his name!! These guys are great team workers and keep a smile on there face yesterday I came in an got a giant late night without a question RYAN DELIVERED NOT ONLY MAKING MY FOOD BUT RINGING ME UP AS WELL GREAT LOCATION

Went there to get my birthday sub.And then realized I couldn't after the manager told me. No, because I don't have the app to redeem it. I proceeded to tell her that my apple organ has not been working for years. And that Jersey mikes has try to fix it, but they couldn't at the time. She did not honor my birthday sub. After showing her that I've had my short points account for over 6 years.

They were so helpful in explaining the menu for my mom who's never been to Jersey Mike's before, and wonderful with my two year old, which is never expected but always appreciated. It seemed as though a couple employees were somewhat new but both they and the employee teaching them were great.
