Great customer service!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Yani and she worked and held a nice conversation with me while getting my order! Plus, Liz came right over and finished where Yani left with the customer service! I have went to two other locations, this one was the best! Thank you!

In many places today, customer service is non-existent. There simply is not enough emphasis put on how a customer should feel walking into any establishment. I can honestly say this was not the case at this Jersey Mike's Subs. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The sandwiches my wife and I got were delicious. They were made with care and love. It was like getting a ice cold glass of lemonade and a sandwich after a long shift. This is no exaggeration. I was truly pleased with the experience.

The atmosphere is lively and the customer service is phenomenal.Liz, Madison, and Yani served me the best sandwich I have ever eaten! Please note, this is a review of just this location. I became violently ill within an hour of eating here. Four days of severe, painful, GI symptoms, fever, and skull splitting headaches that even migraine meds don't touch. I wish I could say I will trust this, or any, Jersey Mike's location again for a very long time, but it's highly unlikely.

Top tier sub place. I grew up in NJ and mikes learned the formula and made it consistently good every time. It's a little pricey but you get a nice portion.

Have been a fan of Jersey Mike's for many years. Unfortunately, this location continues to let me down. No matter how much we explain we continue to get wrong orders or orders made incorrectly. Our last 4 attempts have been this way. Have tried going back to get orders remade and have had to deal with rude staff that has even messed up remaking an order. I understand places and people have off days but to be let down repeatedly and get told by the staff "yea we knew we messed that up" and yet still Sent it out or "that's not my problem" makes it challenging to want to do business with this location.
